"In stock" items not actually available...
Ordered an accessory from their webshop which was clearly showing as in stock. I then receive an email a day later telling me the part isn't actually available.
Unfortunately their stock availability is not realtime, therefore they themselves don't know an item is out of stock until they try to source it from their suppliers!.
No indication from them as to if or when the item will be available again. No option to backorder.
Frustrating and disappointing.

My wife found a Nissan Rucksack on glyn hopkin online shop , I mentioned I needed a new rucksack so attempted to order online , the Rucksack was £30 reasonable price but adding postage,handling it cost £41.00 ,so we decided to visit our local Glyn Hopkin Nissan dealership to how you say cut out the middle man but surprise you can only buy something from their shop online
