I ordered a bracelet that was advertised online. They price quoted was $10 (special sale). They price charged to my credit card was $99.99, which showed up immediately. I tried contacting the company within minutes of placing the order asking them to cancel. I have tried numerous times to reach them, both by phone and email. No answer and no response. My next action will be to contact my bank and initiate fraud report. 10/20/2020 Company did respond and sent refund for difference

I purchased a personalized necklace for a friend's b-day, and it was definitely not the gift I had ordered. I have already sent them a photo of the necklace and I'm still waiting for their response.

I ordered two items from Joyus.com and apparently they get their jewelries from Golden NYC Jewelry because the one item I received came from them. I've sent emails to try to get my other item since they said it was delivered but I didn't receive it. It's almost 2 months now and I'm still trying to get my missing item. The necklace I received is of poor quality and not as expected. I'm tired of waiting so file a dispute with my credit card company and they're looking into it. Like all the reviews I read, it looks like this company is scamming people. I definitely would not order from them or Joyus.com again. Never have I experienced this business practice from all the other companies I've ordered from over the years. Wish I read all these reviews before. Like the other reviews, it should be zero star.

i wish ..if i could give it 0 or -1 rating. Your order will become a messy order,received fulty jewellery and refund process is too complicated.
tired of emailing them over and over. Think twice or thrice before buying.

You are lucky if you get the items that you ordered!

This Company is Fake .This is Cyber Crime.I have the email conversation with this company which proves their scam.When you place the order they will not send you the items.I have ordered three ..they just sent one which is also plastic not gold plated.Remaining two will be in preparing forever.Their website says that its free shipping and returns with in USA.When you want to return the crap item that you received they will not generate free labels for returns.The website link forever through the error for label generation.The contact number which is mentioned in the wesite is google voice and no one will be available to address your issues.Email is the only communication.They request to you not to write bad review as their family is relaying on this fraud.This is complete mess.They agree that they messed up your order but they do not refund your money.This is a well planned scam to steal customers money. I had to block my credit card.Fake FAKE FAKE .I am sure all the five star reviews are fake .NEGITIVE Rating fraud.

If I could give zero stars I would for quality and customer service . I have been calling and emailing for 4 days with no response and no one ever picks up their google phone . I am especially disappointed the tennis bracelet looks nothing like the picture. I want a refund and will look into next step

Never purchase from this seller they are cheating by saying gold and Swarovski jewelry. I was so surprised to see the items I have received those are all imitation jewelry and cheap material.This seller is misleading the customers by saying gold and Swarovski. If you return the items /order make sure how much percentage deductions from the total order. The returns are not free pls read carefully before buying.

I purchased two personalized necklace and a diamond ring on November 8, 2019 when I received my order they sent me a chain with no pendant and a set of diamond earrings. I try to contact them but the number wrong and I’ve also emailed them when they responded they told me to send a picture I did and haven’t gotten a response back yet

Took over a month to get first order was "lost" I guess so I finally got my order today, the earings I ordered look like Dollar Tree items if they were worth more than 5.00 I'd be surprised and then they sent me a "free" pair of fake diamond studs. This was a learning experience that won't be repeated, and they want me to give a 5 star rate. Hope they don't hold their breath!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Not only would they not refund me for two pieces of jewelry I sent back, they took weeks to respond to my emails requesting my money back. ALSO, not to mention the amount of money I spent on a SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL RING for the ring to irritate my skin, the “Swarovski crystals” to turn GREEN, and the silver ring itself turned orange. This company sends FAKE KNOCK OFF jewelry for high end prices and it is JUNK.

The jewlery is above the quality I paid for. I lost all my jewelery in the Paradise Ca. Fire. I am very satisfied with the quality. The free gift is generous. I was lucky to have seen this sale on a major network. Thank you.

Wish i could give zero stars. Ordered 2 14kt I love you to the moon and back white gold necklaces. Very disappointed! Not white gold, you can barely read what it says, wanted to give me a mystery jewelry box gift in place of returning my money. When they finally decided to give my money back it was minus $4 bucks for a restocking fee!!

The worst experience ever in my life when you want to return your orders. Do Not Trust them when they say on their website free return, free refund, and they will gladly provide you with a prepaid return label. They gave me a run around about why I want to return my products, than only to agree when I file a dispute with PayPal. Their policy stated they provide prepaid return label But of course they will not sent you the prepaid return label, so you are forced to return out of your pocket which I’m still fighting over with them. If you want cheap quality jewelry than go ahead and order, but don’t be disappointed on what you order. if you want to return just because you have a change of heart, don’t like what you see, well good luck! It will be impossible to get your money back, cause I’m still trying to get my orders return and refund

I received my order within a few days. I am very pleased with the appearance, style and price of the earrings and bracelet that I purchased.

Oh gawd I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase. I received items that I didn’t order like others have said. I reached out to them saying that it was the wrong item. They wrote back and said they didn’t have anymore silver m, well I had ordered a white gold 18k bracelet instead I got a flimsy rose gold. They could’ve canceled that item n not charge me but instead they sent me that and some other dinky bracelets thinking that it would be ok for them to do what they did. If I wanted a dinky rose gold bracelet I WOULD’VE ORDERED IT!! Just because u throw in some other items does not make it right to change someone’s order if they wanted it they would’ve ordered it.. waste of time and product. Now I don’t have gifts for Christmas for my kids because they messed up so I can’t just give to one kid and not the other. Thanks a lot

So I ordered before reading reviews. On the bright side I like the pieces I received. BUT I only received half of what I ordered. Oddly enough they sent me a pair of earrings I didn’t order, two of one necklace I ordered, an two identical necklaces that I did not order. Four pieces that I DID order were missing. After reading all the reviews (The ones that aren’t fake) on Facebook I’m not even going to try to fix it. But I won’t order again. Not what it claims to be at all.

Do not order! This jewelry is cheap and I did not receive everything in my order. Its bubble gum jewelry. Very cheap looking. The dollar tree has better jewelry honestly. This is definitely a scam. Please don't fall for it like I did. Lesson learned.

My honest experience. I spent around $100. Received wrong SIZE ring, a ring I did not order and hate. The message necklace is half of an inch in length, so small you cannot read the message. I got one and I ordered 4. Another cube necklace I got one and ordered 4. Earrings I got one pair and ordered 4 pairs. The quality is so cheap I cannot and will not give them as Christmas gifts. They are cheap trash. I could go on and on, but I hope you get the point. I don't care about any positive reviews on here. They have to be made up. This is horrible. They have my $100 and I have 10 cent quality items and not my entire order. Also, I have emailed, called and no response. Scammers.

I highly recommend Goldennyc Jewelry. They have really high-quality products as well as great customer service, which is super important when you’re spending so much money. It’s amazing working with them because they have a lot of options to select from or you can just work with them on your personal design. Again, super friendly staff would truly recommend
