Golden NYC Jewelry Reviews

Their layout are amazing, the result is outstanding and the customer service is the top experience I ever had.

I had a tennis bracelet that had to be fixed and the team at customer service team were very helpful and nice. They fixed it really fast which I’m pleased about. That definitely great value for money.

I had great experience with them, especially manager. Outstanding design and the most important, she loves the engagement ring.
Would definitely order once again from them.

I highly recommend Goldennyc Jewelry. They have really high-quality products as well as great customer service, which is super important when you’re spending so much money. It’s amazing working with them because they have a lot of options to select from or you can just work with them on your personal design. Again, super friendly staff would truly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the quality of the ring I got from Goldennyc Jewelry is really special!! My fiancé loves the design and she keeps informing me about her friends asking about the ring. If you’re looking for a special style, you should really talk to manager he will definitely work with you..

Ordered a pair of oblong silver earrings. The are beautiful and high quality at a very reasonable price.

I ordered a ring and they said it was delivered. It was not what I ordered. It was the free gift. I assume that they must have been moving fast packing the item. All I want is my item

It's trash. It looks like dollar store jewelry. An earring came broken, they wanted to replace it instead of refunding it. NOWHERE on these pieces does it say "24K" or anything else that indicates gold. It is CHEAP.

BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Pay close attention to all the recent and all the negative feedback. Notice that it is all similar because it’s true. I purchased several pieces of jewelry for mother’s day from this website on April 28th and the delivery time frame was 2-4 business days. It is now going on May 10th (11 Days/9 Business days) I contacted the business and expressed my concern because I was no longer going to receive the items before mother’s day but can you guess what they did? They tried to buy my silence! They told me that if I didn’t give them a bad review they would send me 10 additional pieces of cheap FAKE jewelry (free of cost). I asked several questions about the order but they chose to ignore all the important questions and once again tried to buy my silence with cheap FAKE jewelry. I told them all I wanted was a refund and then they ignored my messages until I had PayPal involved (Thank God I used PayPal because other buyers weren’t as lucky to think about PayPal’s buyer protection). Suddenly they want to help but still very minimally. This company is VERY SHADY! Please take precaution. If I could have given no stars I would have. Trust the negative comments. I wish I had noticed them before I purchased. Also for some clarity, this jewelry is not quality jewelry. This is bubble gum machine style jewelry. Even calling it costume jewelry would be an insult to costume jewelry.

Purchased 3 rings from here. I get so many compliments on them. Anxiously awaiting my third ring! Shipping is very fast too! Can’t beat their prices.

I found this retailer by chance and am thrilled with their products and service. Fast and easy checkout, quick delivery, and gorgeous pieces for the price. I am stunned at the high quality of product received. Truly. Don’t hesitate and get yourself some gorgeous, quality jewelry! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Aside from the astonishing jewels, my experience when placing the order could not have been done more swiftly. The entire process from start to end was so easy and quick. I had the items 24 hours within placing the order and needless to say it was exactly as pictured! Jewels and quality exceeds all expectations. Will definitely be my go too jewelry spot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I placed my order on 11/19. It said my order would ship in 1-3 days. They sent me a notice saying my order shipped 12/11 when I tracked it they only created a label on 12/11. It didn't ship until 12/16. I finally received my order on 12/21. 3 of 9 items ordered were missing. 2 items looked nothing near as pictured and all the items looked like a cheap toy out of a gumball machine. Not kidding. This company is a complete joke. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.
