Easy to speak to someone knowledgeable on the phone. Good communication - clear messaging about delivery. And really gr8 fires. We've had one for 10 years and it heats the whole house through the winter. Better than any we've experienced in holiday lets.

I originally ordered a single glove in error. I needed a pair and so I phoned and spoke to one of their team and they sent the necessary returns details. I then ordered the pair and they arrived really quickly and the quality is very high. This group have excellent customer service and they send out and or refund fast too. Glad I Chose Them
Very happy with the advice and support from this company in planning restoration of a couple of period fireplaces that had been converted for gas at some point in the past. Even when one of the stoves we originally purchased from Gr8 Fires ended up not being the right fit once we’d reverted back to original fire chamber, they were kind enough to accept return of the unit for very reasonable uplift fee so that I could then purchase a better fitting stove, which arrived just a few days later. Whole process dealing with them has been professional and courteous, and the return and reorder being so smooth with no quibbles was particularly impressive,

good value, shame about the delivery comany
Good company to deal with, have used them before. They kept me informed, however once it had been despatched, delivery was cancelled on three separate occasions due to "unforeseen problems" I realise this is not Gr8fires fault.
