Lovely electric fire
Lovely electric fire. Looks great in situ. Delivery was a bit messy as kept asking if I wanted it to be delivered when I had already stipulated the date. But no harm done.

The weight of the stove
The weight of the stove displayed on the website was incorrect . I thought I was ordering a stove weighing 70kg (as advised by my fitter) but when it arrived it was just 53kg so much less substantial.
Nothing was offered by way of compensation or gesture of goodwill.

Thank you for bringing the incorrect weight on our website to our attention. We’re sorry for the error and understand why it was disappointing.
We have now corrected the listing. The error in the advertised weight does not change the stove’s stated heat output or performance, but we appreciate that the weight was important to your decision. We’re sorry we did not address your concern more fully when you first contacted us.
