My order was shipped to the wrong address. I was told that the issue was resolved and it would be here today. I spoke with the shipping company and it's still sitting in the wrong city.

Product (roof deck tiles) ended up…
Product (roof deck tiles) ended up discoloring the second day it was on my roofdeck. After a month plus they are still discolored. It was not the color or quality I expected. And I even requested samples. Color was important to this roof deck project.

We have been working with this customer and explained to her that during manufacturing, a thin membrane of polyurethane encapsulates each granule on the face of the tile. When this thin membrane is exposed to UV light, it begins a degradation process, which initially shows the yellowing being seen. During this process, the thin top layer of polyurethane will break down. When this is complete, the original color of the tile will be restored. She has confirmed with us that she has seem some improvement and plans to check back in in a couple of weeks.
Customer Service
The mats are great quality and customer service is even better. When we had an issue with a mat that was received, they were very attenuative and helped out in a timely manner.

Just finished installing the mats
Just finished installing the mats. Thanks to Eric, all went well. Everything went together as expected and the mats finish great. It’s hard physical labor. Wow. One thing I would change if I were do it again, order the mats to fit the exact stall sizes so there isn’t as much cutting. I had to trim approximately 3” off each side piece to accommodate for the actual smaller size of the stalls. Even though the spec size of the stalls are 10x12 and 10x10, they are actually smaller because of the 6x6 framing. That resulted in having to trim 3” off each side to get the mats to fit. The trimming takes time and patience to get it right. Aside from that the finished product is wonderful and it will be around to stay for the long haul.

Still haven't received the complete…
Still haven't received the complete delivery after about a month after ordering. The customer service has been good but still missing a mat and they are blaming the 1 out of 23 on Fed EX.

We understand the frustration caused by missing packages and contacted FedEx as soon as the customer reached out to let us know this happened. They confirmed the package was in fact lost so we have made arrangements to have a replacement mat sent to this customer.

I still haven’t officially installed the mats that I ordered, but the ordering process, knowledge of staff, and the delivery of the mats, along with my custom logo, look great and arrived in perfect shape. Really looking forward to using them in the coming months and years. Thanks!
