The matt was a lot firmer than I expected. It is not very comfortable to me, since part of my exercises are face/chest down. The construction is good. Lastly, the matt is a lot larger than what I need, but the size I purchased was the closest to a 3 feet by 7 feet matt that you offered. Thanks!

Greatmats was super helpful when we were trying to decide what kind of floor mats to get for our basement play-area. They sent 3 samples and were quick to reply to emails and phone calls when we had questions. After we ordered, the mats came really quickly! I was surprised how quickly they arrived. I spent over $600 on a tap floor from Great Mats. When it arrived, we assembled it according to the instructions and tested it with both instructors and students. The floor was so slippery that multiple people felt unsafe tapping on it. As a dance studio owner, safety is my top priority, and this product simply did not perform as expected.

I immediately contacted the company to request a return. That's when I learned that because we had interlocked the tiles and tested the floor, the product was no longer eligible for return. In other words, the only way to discover whether the floor is safe and suitable for its intended purpose is to do the very thing that voids your ability to return it.

The explanation given was that assembling and disassembling the tiles could damage the corners. That raises a serious question: if the corners can be damaged after a single assembly and disassembly, how durable is the product really?

The most frustrating part is being stuck with an expensive product that cannot be safely used for its intended purpose and cannot be returned once tested. Buyers should read the return policy very carefully before purchasing, because you may have no practical way to evaluate the product and still qualify for a refund.

I would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered matting for dog training in my basement. Beth helped me with picking the right product and figured out how much I would need based on the measurements and extra for trimming. She also recommended the smaller tiles to avoid freight charges. The mats arrived quickly and are very easy to install. My pup couldn't wait to do zoomies and I was pleased to see the excellent traction of the mats while she did so. Excellent product and service!

I am always able to call & order more tape for the floor we purchased in 2020 without any troubles. They are awesome to work with!

A smooth process from quoting, ordering, shipment, the whole process.

This was my first time ordering mats for our cheer team and Greatmats came recommended by another high school with a glowing review.

Unfortunately we had an issue with delivery to the wrong address and damage to the mats. It was a process and did take awhile but after working with Mandy over several weeks we were able to come to a solution that worked out well.

I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star simply based on the delivery and damage issue, the mats themselves are great and of good quality and I would recommend Greatmats (we actually ordered a 3rd mat), just be super aware of where your delivery is going and check for damage immediately.
