I have received my mats and the edging. The material looks well constructed and the dimensions are as advertised. I have not put them in place yet because I’m waiting for my renovations to be completed.

The products came in two boxes. The FedEx ticket indicated as such but only one box was delivered on the day expected. It took FedEx s couple of days to deliver the second box. I contacted FedEx about the missing box but they never acknowledged me. The package luckily showed up so I am happy!

Ordering the product on your website was easy and the videos showed me exactly what edging I needed.

Great carpet tile and fast shipping

Shipping was fast and the product is great. Also price is the most competitive I have seen.

The ground protection mats work great. We had a 40000 lbs truck pull on them with no ruts in the customers lawn. Happy customer and time saver

I originally worked with Greatcoats 8 years ago when we started our studio, and again this summer for our studio expansion. I was able to do just about everything I needed on the website which was great. I ended up calling their customer service line for a shipping clarification and their employees were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition.

I ordered custom rolls, and one of them came 3 feet longer than it should have. When I brought this to the attention of the company they let me know that dimensions are not exact, and that it's normal to need to cut the Marley ourselves....very misleading.

We were very satisfied with the carpet squares, they were easy to install and make corrections as needed. The customer representative, whose name was Beth was fantastic to work with and made the whole process very easy. The only issue we had was the arrows on the underneath side showing the direction to lay the carpet mats were very difficult to see.

Quality of interlocking carpet tile is questionable. However, they interlocked well.

2 items:

The 2' squares had a lot of "fuzz" on them. it was as if the carpet material was coming apart, in the box.

I placed 30 interlocking carpet tiles, but stopped before finishing the work. I guess I'll get around to finishing it after awhile.

I started to vacuum the squares before placing them. When I vacuumed the 30, the machine container and filter clogged up -which has never happened. I'll vacuum the other tiles before and after placing.

The color was suppose to be "tan". But instead of being like the sample install picture, a light golden oak, they appeared to have a, how do i say it, a bit of a pinkish cast. But, still sorta tannish. I can live with it. Other's who have seen it, do not completely enjoy the view. Nice to walk on.

Now having to re-consider the source and color of the larger area we were planning to carpet; possibly using the 2' interlocking tiles.

The flooring purchased for my gym is still under construction, so the products have not been installed yet. But purchasing and delivery was simple and easy. No problems!!
