GUR Sewing Machines Reviews

I ordered two new branded feet for my Brother sewing machine. The ordering process was simple, the delivery was super quick and the items were well packaged. Definitely worth 5 stars. I would use this company again with confidence. Thank you for a great service.

Good website and competitive price. Delivered sooner than expected. I always check GUR website when looking for sewing accessories.

This was exactly what I was looking for, for my scan n cut machine. It fits in really well and I love the removable insert which I use to lift the machine in and out of the bag. I can fit in all my mats in the side pockets as well as any other bits and bobs, and there is still plenty of room left over. It is really easy to move around thanks to being on wheels and it is not too big and bulky.
Another plus was it was the cheapest I found online, and delivery was quick and efficient.

The overlocker arrived on time and was easy to order.

This is the second sewing machine I have bought from this company and would have to say that the service has been first class.

I had never heard of a Novum sewing machine but after reading what they said about it I was more than happy to go ahead with the purchase.

Have to say I was not let down the machine is fantastic, it was delivered in excellent condition and arrived earlier than expected. Thank you GUR For your prompt service.

Ordered an overlocker for a great price, it came quickly and well packaged.

Thanks for fulfilling my order so quickly and getting it to me quickly.

This was a straightforward purchase and I would definitely buy from GUR Sewing Machines again.

I found GUR through Pinterest. Their advertisement came just at the right time as I was frustratedly struggling with my sewing machine. GUR offered very good value for money and I found their website very easy to navigate. I chose what has proven to be a great machine which I use almost daily. GUR was easy to contact when Parcelforce started playing up, saying they had tried to deliver when they hadn’t; wanting me to collect which I did in the end. A few weeks later, I decided to upgrade my serger with a new one from GUR ; also a delightful experience and I have been happily sewing ever since.

What a fabulous service. I doubted the part on the website would fit my machine so contacted them. They ensured me a would and guess what they were right despite looking different to my old one.

Great sewing machine. Excellent value for money.

recent purchase is a great addition to my sewing hobby.

Speedy delivery of stitch in the ditch foot for my lovely Novum Pro q9 also bought from Gur. Change of feet are easy with this machine and work well. Price reasonable. A delighted customer

I carefully ordered a needleplate for my brother overlocker, checking it was listed to fit my model. It doesn’t fit. I emailed GUR and got no response. I used their customer contact form to explain the issue and request a call back and got no response. I tried to call about 20 times and could never get through. Appalling customer service that has left me £35 out of pocket.

went on website to look at overlockers and went for novum easylock. after reading about it i ordered it .was here next day .it came threaded but thought i would have a go at threading it .was very easy .it came with 5 feet that i have nt used yet. very happy with it .

Easy to order. Just sit back and wait for it.
Great to shop with them as I have done over the years. Great company and staff

Excellent Flat lock machine, my first quite incredible. I do find the instructions a bit sketchy because I have neave used one before, also I found the screw driver too big for the needle screws. The delivery was quick and efficient.

Purchased the Jaguar 200sq sewing machine, very nice machine that came with very useful extras such as a storage bag for the machine, the extension table, both standard needles and a twin needle and a walking foot. The machine is very easy to use with a wide range of stitches.

Very pleased with my new Overlocker….absolutely love it and extremely reasonable price! GUR helpline got back to me straight away when I had problems threading the machine and guided me through the process. Would highly recommend as a company.

Needed a bobbin cover plate for a Janome sewing machine. Had exactly what I needed for a reasonable price.

Great price and prompt delivery for essential branded sewing thread.
