GUR Sewing Machines Reviews

Product and GUR representative excellent. However, Royal Mail delivery substandard, failed to deliver on requested date.

Super company to deal with. Very quick response and delivery time

Straightforward transaction.

Great service. Customer service is also very helpful. Highly recommended!!

I am so delighted to say the new zipper foot arrived as promised, I can’t say fairer than that. All good.

My old overlocker wasn’t working very well and decided I’d buy the air threading model. Very pleased with it well worth the extra for air threading. Just wow… thank you!

FANTASTIC! I can't recommend this shop highly enough. The lovely chap I spoke to went above and beyond to help me. I ordered my wonderful embroidery machine at 3pm on the Thursday and it was here first thing on the Friday morning. If I could give 10 stars ✨ I would. Thank you for helping me. xXx ps. The machine is outstanding. Love it!

My order of a case for my Brother 1500 embroidery unit arrived promptly and well packaged. It’s of good quality and keeps the embroidery unit safe from damage and easy to access. Full marks to GUR

So easy and straight forward from ordering to purchasing to delivery. Definitely will shop there again.

I wanted a stitch in the ditch foot for my Janome 725S. I have used GUR before, so I felt confident in ordering it from them. It's important to get feet that are compatible with your machine, so I was very reassured to see my model listed among those the foot fits. It arrived promptly in the post, and does the job perfectly!

Super quick delivery and a great product. I don't know how I've managed without an overlocker for so long!

Ordered my machine and accessories, they arrived 3 days later. The products were all well packaged. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from GUR Sewing machines and I am always happy with the service.

Always deals promptly with orders. The products are of good quality and reasonable price.

I was a bit apprehensive on ordering a sewing machine brand that I had never heard of from a company I had never heard of. I shouldn't of worried the machine was delivered the next day and it is perfect, very smooth and with abundance of features I would of expected from a much more expensive machine. I have used a lot of machines and most of them bounce on the table when I am sewing fast, not this one its very quiet and smooth. I would highly recommend this company.

Good info provided and quick delivery

Easy to use website with lots of information which made purchasing my new sewing machine a breeze. The machine arrived next day and I love it!
