Awful customer service. I ordered a curved treadmill from this company and from the very beggining it has problems. I bought it in September 2024, complained in October 2024 and they only send a tecnician to check it in the 26 of December 2024. They have been avoiding to give warranty at all cost to an item that as been defective since the beggining. Its March 2025 and the treadmill its still waiting repair. Disgracefull. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

No delivery. Chased multiple times but still nothing. Beware! Lots of similar reviews.

4 weeks later, no response, no shipping on my Force USA G3. Will be reversing charges on my credit card.

We ordered a Smith machine 3 weeks ago in Spain. The product shipped within a couple of days but still have not received it. DACHSER, their delivery company is simply not delivering. We have called them 4 times, they confirmed delivery within a couple of days and NOTHING. I have complained to Gymcompany but they just tell me to call DACHSER. I would avoid them at all cost.

venden cosas que ni tienen y las que tienen te tardan en llegar un mes

I attempted to buy about £5000 worth of equipment directly from the ForceUSA.co.uk website. Once I made payment over the phone I received a receipt from gymcompany.es (European distributor, maybe?), then started receiving emails from Mundofitness...some in Spanish. After not receiving any updates after more than a month, I was given a tracking number to logistics firm Dascher, whose website is un-decipherable. Waited more weeks.....contacted both ForceUSA.co.uk & gymcompany.es (obviously, went to same place) and was told they don't have the correct registrations to get the equipment into the UK from Spain and they had no idea when it would be resolved - that was probably the point they should have contacted me! I requested a refund which, at least, was done promptly.
I've now had to order from another supplier who has now increased the price, so all in I'd say its cost me 2 months and about £400.
I think what's most annoying is that I never chose to deal with this company

Compré una cinta de correr y tuve una incidencia cuando la recibí, pero gracias a SIHAM, la persona del HELPDESK del servicio de postventa y garantías, en menos de una semana esta incidencia quedó resuelta
La fluida comunicación con Siham vía mail indicando en que situación se encontraba la resolución de la incidencia es de agradecer.

Nuestra experiencia con esta empresa ha sido muy satisfactoria, ya que han cumplido el plazo de entrega tal y como se comprometen, en 5 días la compra en casa.
La empresa de reparto de 10. Super amables. Llamaron el día de anterior a la entrega, para avisar q al día siguiente traerían la máquina. además el repartidor nos avisó unos 30 minutos antes q venía para casa. Y fuë muy correcto en la entrega.

Sent the wrong item. Impossible to initiate a return. Sending repeated emails and being ignored. Takes at least two follow-ups to get a short, unhelpful response. Delaying just so I can't return the item within 14 days? Will have to initiate a chargeback as the item is not the correct one. Not impressed with this company and definitely will not purchase from them again.

No aceptan el derecho al desistimiento a pesar de los vídeos y fotos enviados donde se muestra que la bicicleta de lifefitness no funciona correctamente y el panel de información se reinicia y apaga el cronómetro. Te hacen perder el tiempo, dinero y se burla de ti cuando no contestan el teléfono. La respuesta por email no te da ninguna solución viable ni hacen nada para que funcione la máquina y tampoco te reembolsa el dinero. Es un robo. Y pretenden obligarte a que te quedes con una bicicleta que no funciona.

Horrible. Compre una maquina Smith. No recibo confirmación de que el pago se ha realizado. Después de algo más de una semana, no se nada del equipo. He llamado en tres ocasiones y he recibido la misma explicación. Que tienen que hablar con el servicio de envíos y que se pondrán en contacto conmigo. Nunca lo hicieron. Voy a llamar hoy mismo para pedir la devolución. Una pérdida de tiempo.

compré una cinta de andar y es un trasto, y no admiten devolución, por lo qué tengo que quedarme con este trasto de 1200 € para siempre.

NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR POR ESTA MALA GENTE

Ordered a £1600 leg curl machine, took 3 weeks to arrive. That’s fair, it came from Spain.

The issues I have:
-customer service is poor, even prior to order they’re simply uninterested in taking calls

After delivery
-machine frame is different to the website and the instruction manual
-the components do not match the manual, meaning it’s un buildable
-we had to use pliers and grips to force open metal work to even build the bird we could due to poor build quality

Once we’d notified titanium about the issues we had they ignored my email, then after calling them the next day they again were unhelpful on the phone.
2 days later since originally telling them our commercial machine doesn’t work and doesn’t have any components to build it, they’re still ignoring all emails and my calls just fall on death ears about a technician calling me back…

I’ve asked to get the product to be returned but as usual I’m waiting for a response on his to return…

Don’t waste your time, order from somewhere else. These guys suck.

Les compré una bicicleta estática reclinable con respaldo profesional para casa.
Desde el principio todo ha ido mal. No funcionaba bien, y además de eso, la montaron mal, según el técnico de Life fitness.
Llevo quejándome desde el principio, pero no me dan ninguna solución concreta.
Según el técnico de Life Fitness, que ya ha venido 2 veces y según él ya tiene que funcionar bien, excepto el botón del level que va en el manillar porque tampoco funciona,,, pues resulta que el tercer día de haber estado,, empezó nuevamente a volverse loca la consola y haciendo imposible hacer deporte con la bicicleta.

Me he quejado por activa y por pasiva, tanto a Gymcompany como a Life Fitness. Les he dicho que me la cambien,,,, pues llevamos 5 meses con éste tema y el que está pagando el pato soy yo,,, que soy el que se gastó la pasta y encima tengo que estar quejándome y dejando de hacer ejercicio porque me han vendido algo que está mal, o que la montaron mal sus propios montadores, y funciona mal desde el principio.
Les propongo a todos que me cambien la bicicleta,,, y lo único que hacen es pasarse la pelota los unos a los otros, y el técnico siempre me dice que no me preocupe que me quedaré contento¡¡¡¡¡¡
En fin,,, me parece de risa éstas empresas,,, la primera por no tener un servicio postventa como debería,,, y la marca como tal, por decirme que lo que quieren sobre todo es que el cliente se quede satisfecho.
Estoy cansado y harto de que en muchas ocasiones, después de irse el técnico, que no pueda usarla porque vuelve a funcionar mal y que me digan siempre que me voy a quedar contento,,, eso no lo entiende ni un niño pequeño, y estoy cansado de que me traten como tal.
Os aconsejo a todo el mundo que no compréis al menos en ésta empresa,,, y ésta marca la pongo muy muy en duda a pesar de estar por muchos gimnasios, pues no son capaces de contactar con el distribuidor para dejarme contento de una vez por todas. Prefieren estar enviando al técnico cada dos por tres y yo jodiéndome durante varios días o semanas sin poder hacer uso de una bicicleta que me costó una buena pasta.

No compréis ni en Gymcompany ni nada de ésta marca Life Fitness.
Posiblemente termine el tema en manos de mi abogado porque me siento que me están tomando el pelo y se están riendo de mí.

El plazo, el envío y la entrega, muy bien.
Pero llevo diez días enviando mails y llamando por teléfono porque está estropeado el control de pulsaciones. Se ponen varias personas al teléfono y me dicen que "Laura" se pondrá en contacto conmigo, pero NADIE lo ha hecho !!!
