The light switch on the ceiling of our toilet/bathroom has been broken and hasn't worked for a week. For a whole week now, we’ve been left in the dark at night in our own bathroom. We emailed them a week ago, but they haven't done a single thing about it. They clearly have zero respect for their tenants.

Kirsty and her team at Haart Walderslade have been amazing whilst selling our home. They have always kept us updated with viewings and feedback and found us the perfect buyers. Normally a house move is very stressful but Kirsty took on most of the stress for us and even after the house was sold she is still keeping me informed of chain movements and even helps deal with our purchase for us! We would highly recommend Haart for buying, selling and everything in between. Thank you!

I had a brilliant experience dealing with the haart Lincoln branch. Both Jake and David were incredibly professional, helpful, and transparent from start to finish. They kept communication clear throughout the entire process and made everything feel completely straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend asking for them if you're dealing with this branch!

My praise is for Carlissa John. She is and has been a strong support to me. I could not have managed to make informed decisions without her advice. She adheres in due diligence and makes difficult situations easier to handle. She is a true professional who is both efficient and mindful in her approach to all parties.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beatrice Bejenaru as my Property Manager over the years, and she has been brilliant throughout. Always professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely supportive whenever any issues came up with the property or tenancy matters.

As the first time seller in London, this has been the extremely worst experience I have been gone through with Ares and Rice of Harrt. I believe I was misled by a higher valuation and persuaded to sign an unfair contract which included a 20-week sole selling rights agreement and a fixed amount of commission, £14,000.
After only a few viewings, they kept pressuring me to accept the offer which was far below market price. I tried to call Ares, but he didn’t answer my calls. Of course I didn’t accept the so-called ‘offer’.
I waited until the contract ended and wrote them an email stating that I would terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice. After a week of termination, they sent me an unreal list of introduced buyers – eight in total. According to my correspondence with them, only 2 of them came to have viewings. The other 6 never came and didn’t show in my record.
I immediately emailed to ask for an accurate one. Unfortunately, they simply resent the same email again and insisted that they have the right to claim commission if our flat were sold to those buyers, even though there was no evidence that those people were ever genuinely introduced to us.

All in all, very disappointed, feedback was hard to get, constantly had to chase them to find out any information.

We unfortunately cannot recommend Haart Estate Agents based on our experience.

They are the worst property management company. Do not use them. They never pay rent when it’s due. I have been chasing my rent which the tenant has paid 5 days ago and they claim they are unable to pay it, I have had missed payment and had to pay interest on this, spoke to them about it they don’t care.
The tenant doesn’t contact them for issues anymore either they contact my contractor and my contractor tells me the issue basically Haart is getting paid for doing nothing & they are still not paying me my money.
Its ridiculous! Never use such an inefficient company.

I would like to thank Chris Naya and Jonathan Green at Haart Colchester for being so helpful and professional, both going out of their way to help me with valuations and mortgage advise. A lovely experience all round.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Amy Cherry at Haart Rayleigh. I contacted the branch regarding an overpayment of rent and repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded, as I need it to cover moving costs. Despite several emails, I have felt ignored and left chasing for responses.
I was also told that my overpayment would effectively be held until I returned the keys, which felt unfair and very concerning as I am in a no deposit scheme so they should not be holding my overpayment ransom or as a deposit.
In addition, when I requested a reasonable alternative for returning the keys to a closer branch due to the property being in Shoeburyness, I again have not had any response. Hence this review is a last resort as to hopefully getting a response.
Overall, the customer service and communication is poor, stressful, and disappointing during what is already a difficult moving process after being Served a section 21 at no fault of my own.
I would expect much better professionalism and responsiveness from a lettings agency.

Stratford branch have now not paid landlords the rent owed for over 7 days, breaking contractual conditions. The tenant has assured the rent has been paid to Haart, and yet no payment has been made to the landlord. Emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Communication is almost zero.

Presumably, this branch has major solvency issues, I would therefore exercise extreme caution before engaging Haart for any services.

He was easy to talk to and he explained to the appraisal process clearly as well as leasehold.

Mohammed from Haart Real Estate was extremely professional, humble, and provided excellent customer service. Even at short notice, he arranged viewings for three other properties and was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Anyone would instantly appreciate his outstanding customer service and polite nature. He is a young man with a very bright future ahead of him, and I am sure he will go a long way in his career thank you Mohammed.

Did not sell my house through Haart never even enquired with them when I was selling, they started calling me back in January this year when my property went on the market, told them I wasn’t interested. Sine then the calls have been endless, explained to them that I sold the property on one of the many calls, since then I have had numerous calls explaining it is sold and don’t contact me. Today yet again another call from Haart, not sure what they don’t understand about I have no property to sell!! However nearly 5 months on I am still getting calls, every time they say they will take me of the list, yet the calls keep coming. Can’t say what the service they provide is like but if this experience is anything to go on then god knows what selling a house through them must be like?

Roxanne Samuels was absolutely fantastic!
She was in contact and on the ball chasing the solicitors and the sellers from the moment she took over ! I really don't think we would have persevered with buying the property if it hadn't have been for Roxanne !
She is an asset to any company!

Absolutely disgraceful service from haart Estate and Lettings Agents Bedford. It has been over 6 weeks since my tenancy ended at 45 Pendennis Road. Despite receiving written confirmation on 28th April that my deposit of £1,442.30 was processed, the funds have still not arrived. They are now ignoring my emails and a Formal Complaint. Now I'm being forced to escalate the matter to the Property Ombudsman and the TDS. Avoid this agency if you want to see your money back.

Terrible lack of communication skills and basic understanding of the TDS that they use to hold deposits. Holding a deposit unlawfully.
Avoid them, unless you want to experience them avoiding your emails and calls for weeks.
