Very slow start after making it clear I…
Very slow start after making it clear I was out to sell… I had found a property and my sale was dependent on securing…
Steve who valued and took photos was lovely…
But then the processes in place to get the property to market seriously need looking at… very disjointed and no clear guidance to the process…
Once we was on the market there was no issues… very clear communication and the property sold quickly
Special mention to Lauren and Gemma was amazing helping getting it over the line…
I would recommend but 4 stars for the slow start…

We recently had Oliver from Hannells come to value our home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more professional and genuine experience.
From the moment Oliver arrived, he was friendly, approachable and really took the time to listen to us and understand our home. What stood out most was how knowledgeable he was about the current market. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, including how he had arrived at the valuation and what was realistically achievable in the current market.
We really appreciated his honesty and the fact that there was absolutely no pressure. It felt like we were being given genuine, professional advice rather than simply being told a figure we wanted to hear.

Bad service
Persom valuating the house was late and didn't call to let us know. I had to call the office to find out. And then ive had an email to give a review and not had the valuation back. We were told we would get a email that same day and nothing has arrived?

For clarity, since the valuation took place, our team has spoken with you about the property and its market value on three separate occasions: on 8th September, again on 9th September and earlier today.
The branch valuer also attempted to contact you twice on Monday and left the voicemail you referred to. As you were advised at the time, she was then on annual leave and returned to the office today.
We do, however, appreciate that you were expecting further information in writing. If there is anything you would still like confirmed, the team will be very happy to provide this.

Throughout the selling process even though in our case they had very little to do as there was an immediate sale Hannells were for the most part friendly and efficient. However it was somewhat dissappointing that our Hannells contact went on holiday just before our exchange/completion without informing us, something that they could improve on.
