Not the best experience. We had mixed messages, an email regarding a home visit which didn’t happen and which evidently we shouldn’t have got. Incorrect information on written valuation too

My requested for an appraisal of my was acted upon very quickly.
My requested for an appraisal of my property resulted in an appointment made quickly. Sam from Hannells arrived on time and carried out a thorough assessment of the property. We then sat down to discuss the options available to me without any hard sales pressure. A full detailed report was sent to me later that day. Sam had good knowledge of the housing market both local and national. Highly recommended.
