Leah was very quick at picking up my request, she found me a cracking deal and got it all sorted.
She was understanding that I was busy working she was patient and we communicated lots via messenger at first and then she called me to make sure all the details were correct and booked it!

Esme at Burnley, took a lot of time going through my queries and places wishing to visit. Also on the phone to companies. But, with me now being a single perso since my wife passed away, and she did all the holiday booking, time was taken to phone the companies for the holiday destinations preferred. Anyway, received a call that my 1st choice destination, there was a cancellation. so went to your burnley office yesterday (wednesday 14th),and booked with Rachel, also another holiday later on in the year. Now looking for one in June/July. Very pleased with service given.

Went to Hays Travel Burnley to book a dream holiday to Lapland- Rachel the Travel Agent were absolutely amazing and so helpful, explained everything, showing us around our hotel etc.

Contacted Hays Travel Burnley yesterday to book our holidays to Cape Verde.
A lovely lady called Catrina was amazing!!
Catrina actually listened to everything we wanted and needed, so approachable, yet was still very professional and very friendly.
Catrina found us the best for our budget and picked up on the conversation that we had children with disabilities.
Catrina mentioned priority boarding, wheelchair services at the airport which we were not aware of and sorted everything for us.
Took all our stress away thank you, so greatly appreciated.
