I’ve ordered from Hirestreet consistently now for the past 4 months and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Not to mention there are some beautiful clothes to choose from! I tell everyone about Hirestreet and will always rent my occasion outfits from here.

There was an issue with one of my orders in that the dress I ordered for my birthday party was no longer able to be hired. Lucy made me aware months prior and gave me a choice to replace it. She was absolutely lovely and my emails were replied to so quickly and resolved. Hirestreet, please keep it up because there aren’t many clothes renting brands out there that do it like you do. You have a customer forever.

The customer service was amazing and went above and beyond.

Have used this service three times now and I have absolutely loved it. Gorgeous outfits usually way out of my price range at my fingertips, as well as being sustainable which is a real plus for me as I have quit buying new sequins or other new plastic materials/fabrics.

The only issue I had was sizing but that was easily solved by ordering well ahead of time, trying it on, then if it doesn’t fit you can send it back for rental credit to use when reordering for the actual event. I only had to do it once to know my size for future orders.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Can’t wait to find my next outfit!!

I've hired dresses from Hire Street for various black tie events and more recently a wedding. They deliver on time and the customer service team are super prompt and helpful on emails when I've needed to amend an order. I highly recommend!

Overall very helpful and friendly, even when something went wrong with my order (through no fault of their own) they quickly rectified the situation in a friendly manner! Thank you!

Loads of helpful reminders about the delivery and return dates, really clear instructions. Everyone was asking about my birthday outfits!

I ordered four months in advance for a dress and then received an email a few months later saying it wasn’t available, so I chose an alternative dress. One day before delivery I received another email (for the same order) saying my dress wasn’t available again and I needed to chose a new one again… I don’t feel like 24 hours is enough time, especially as I couldn’t find a dress I then liked from the short notice and what was left in stock. Customer service was good and gave me a full refund, but based on security of knowing if you’ll have the product on time for your event, I wouldn’t order from them again. The stress is not worth it!

Really easy experience so far using HireStreet, dresses arrived ahead of time and are as pictured. Only problem is there is a slight snag/fuzzy patch on one dress which is noticeable so I won't be choosing to wear that one, and dresses arrived in one paper bag all together, not individually wrapped - better for the planet but felt a bit like a jumble sale when I opened the paper bag. Still great though and will definitely use HireStreet again.

I found Hirestreet because I was looking for a sustainable way to provide my bridesmaids with dresses. Weddings can cause a lot of waste and environmental damage and so I wanted to rent dresses instead of buying them for single use. Hirestreet offered a variety of beautiful dresses one of them in particular ( Asos Design Bridesmaid Cami Pleated Tulle Maxi Dress In Rose Pink ) was absolutely stunning. The dress was incredibly flattering on all of my bridesmaids. To buy the dress would’ve been £80 however I was able to rent it out a fraction of the cost without causing any waste. When I wanted to return the dresses, I was granted rental credits to re-order the correct sizes within 20 minutes of posting the package back. I will certainly be using Hirestreet again and recommending it to everyone whether for weddings or other formal occasions.

I’ve ordered a few times from Hirestreet and I love everything about the compan. The concept, outfits themselves and using photos of real people so you can see how the clothes will look before ordering. I’ve just placed an order ready for Christmas/NYE time as I can see they’ve changed the pricing for the better compared to my previous orders! This is going to make me order even more than, so simple to rent and return and always gorgeous clothes in great condition.

This was my first time hiring a dress and my first time using this company to do so. I got an email 2 days before my event telling me the dress was not available and to pick three other choices. I received an email the following day stating those dresses were now not available either leaving me with no time to buy a dress for my event. I’m frustrated because I thought this may be my new alternative to buying a dress for every occasion. I booked the hiring of the dress at the start of this month so I’m disappointed issues have cropped us so close to my date. I wouldn’t use this service again.

The whole process with Hirestreet was very simple. They had a good selection of dresses, a perfect one for my occasion and the arrived no problem. When I wore the dress it got a little damaged but because I had accidental damage cover they fixed it no problem! All the staff I emailed were lovely and helpful, can’t wait to have an excuse to hire another dress!

Lots of beautiful dresses to hire for £10 for 30 days. All great until you get to checkout to find there is a £20 minimum spend. By trying a second to try on your money is then lost to ‘credits’ meaning you have to go back at rehire at some point. Lost my purchase unfortunately 👎

Hirestreet have sustainability down to a fine art. The choice of rental clothes for all occasions is great. Saved me a fortune

I will definitely be using HireStreet again! There was a problem with one of my selected hires and I was contacted immediately to select an alternative. The process was so slick and efficient. I couldn't recommend using this service more - I really appreciate how attentive the customer service was especially.

Extremely responsive customer service from Lucy, overall a great customer experience

It would be a neat service if they did their deliveries better. They cost me a new dress because they couldn't deliver on time, even though I did warn them about the fact that I had a flight to catch.
Very disappointed with how they managed the situation. I ended up having to buy a dress at full price on the day before the wedding, before my flight. They offer credit for other dresses to compensate me, but that doesn't measure up to the money I had to pay for the emergency dress (which is the same model, brand and size as the one I rented).
I don't think I'll be using Hirestreet ever again, sorry.

I am happy to give a 5 star to this amazing company, I am delighted by their service and I will certainly continue using it. Customer service is amazing, very quick and kind responses and solutions. Outfits are so beautiful and the info provided in terms of size, fitting and pictures are so reliable.

I’ve used HireStreet a few times now and it’s a game changer! I love their range of choices (I find some rental services have limited options), reasonable prices and just how easy it is to return.
