I ordered a halloween costume online and it got delivered to the “wrong address” and I’m expecting a refund but they haven’t given me one. Total scam. Don’t order from here!

Generally fine but slightly disappointed I had to purchase costume and mask separately which made it overall a bit pricey also mask was packaged flat which has slightly effected the shape of it when worn. Delivery time very good.

Dear Mr Pitchforth,
Thank you for your review from July 2018.
We are sorry to hear about the mask - we would have exchanged over a new mask had we known at the time about the issue.
We are glad to hear the rest of the outfit was fine and the delivery time was good :)
Warmest regards,
Hollywood Fancy Dress

Dear Vikki,
Thank you for review regarding your order from October 2018.
During our Halloween period our orders really pick up which may cause unexpected delays in shipping.
In regards to the refund we have no record of the item ever coming back to us.
We are very sorry for the delay in shipping and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused at the time.
Warmest regards,
Hollywood Fancy Dress
