I received the next day delivery although I was shocked it was nearly £8 for the service when I live in the uk 😳 the 60’s sunglasses were poor quality & one of the lenses keep falling out! the rest of the items’ quality was good. I was disappointed as I ordered a hat that I specifically needed for the next day but it didn’t arrive with the order, I received a refund quickly but a communication explaining that they were out of stock would of really made a difference to me as I would of had time to purchase elsewhere.

I ordered 4 costumes and then received email for one being out of stock and unable to get however still showing in stock on site i also paid for the speedy delivery option of 2-3days and didn't receive parcel for 7 days which wasn't great.. in receiving parcel it was very well packaged and the outfits I have ordered and received were of good fit and quality and do meet expectations

Ordered an item, payment gone through and days later get an email to say they were out of stock and not available anymore. Also was informed that the price I thought i was paying for the item did not add in the delivery cost which was more than the items put together, I had clicked on the deliver option when ordering so presumed that was the final figure. Very disorganised in my opinion.

Good quality, I had to send things back, it wasn’t a problem. Would use them again

The first size I ordered was too small - returned and had money refunded very quickly (with email to confirm) - thank you. Larger size fitted perfectly!!!

Item said 20+ in stock but they emailed next day saying it was not available. Changed to something else which they did with no fuss. Also had a delivery issue but, after initially saying they hadn't sent on time, found out it was Royal Mail at fault. Teresa was very helpful with all the above so thanks for that and apologies for pointing the blame in the wrong direction.

Allowed me to buy a product but didnt have it in stock but gave me a swift refund. 3 stars is cause I was given hope... Hope is dangerous...

I was refused a refund in 2 stores for a faulty product. I found this very upsetting as I know that it’s within my rights to get a refund for a faulty product.
The product was leopard ears and a tail which had a hole in causing the stuffing to fall out. It was untouched, still in packaging, with receipt from only a couple of days ago.
I was accused of lying and made to feel really small.
Wouldn’t shop here again purely because of how horrible I was made to feel for no reason.

I ordered the outfit on line and the order was accepted. Then I was advised the following the day that it wasn’t in stock! However Iv been to you’re shop in castle lane Bournemouth, and your staff are lovely there.

Item as described, delivered within time. Happy to deal with this company again

I gave 3 stars for the following reasons:-
1. When I placed an order online it stated my size was available. I then received an email to say it was out of stock. Although alternatives were offered which were okay, the website should tell you if an item is out of stock before taking payment.
2. When the package arrived it did not contain the head piece which should have been included. This was very disappointing. I have emailed about the head piece but have not yet had a reply.
3. Packages should be checked before being dispatched to ensure they include everything.

The order process was very good and the staff were very helpful.

The quality of the item was quite poor and not value for money. The item was strangely too cheap. I would have preferred to be charged more for a quality product or at least been able to have the choice.
The item has been worn once and was then binned as it was not good enough to even put on the dress up box for the kids. I understand some customers want items of low value but some do not,

I would recommend the company as they were helpful and I basically got what I paid for,
