Nothing delivered Update !
I ordered 2 outfits on may 5th 2018 should arrive 5-7 days, still not arrived may 16th. There has been no response to my contacting them and you can't get through on the phone. They also don't acknowledge order by sending you an email but are quick to take your money. Terrible service won't be using again
Update - apologies to Hollywood fancy dress they had been emailing me to let me know one outfit was out of stock, it's my fault for not seeing the emails and they have fully refunded me now.

Firstly, I would just like to apologize for the experience you have expressed.
There was an issue with your order and we did contact you by email the next working day (because you placed your order at 10pm on a Saturday).
We contacted you on a number of occasions which lead to four emails being sent out to yourself - we personally never heard a response back from yourself.
It appears you never received any of these emails? There may have been two issues that have occurred here, the emails were being filtered into your junkbox or we did not have a correct email address for yourself, it's likely the first issue was the problem. Have you since checked your junk box?
In regards to not being able to get hold of us via telephone, we always answer the phone between our working hours: 10am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). Can I check you were phoning the correct number? Our mail order number is: 01202 532331.
I would also like to kindly point out that we have refunded you for the order - if it has not shown in your bank statement as of yet depending on who you bank with it may take a couple days for that refund to show (that is entirely down to your bank).
Once again our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience experienced - it appears there has been a miscommunication here.

I bought a pirate mask from Hollywood. Unfortunately they did not have it in-store to view first. However, after ordering it to be delivered to store, i was not dissapointed. It was beautiful. Good quality and I had loads of fabulous comments 😍 It was delivered on the agreed day and the store kept me updated by phone regarding expected arrival time.

The quality of the item bought was good…
The quality of the item bought was good and as ordered. Whilst there was a slight delay with the delivery owing to the item being out of stock (it was showing as "low stock" on the website), I was informed early of the delay via email. I was impressed by the customer service provided and would definitely buy from them again.

This police womens cosume is really good it's good matirial it's only one thing I found that was wrong is where the buttons came off it when I tried it on other than that it is a very good dressing up cosume and yes I do recomend this to a friend

Whilst the person I spoke to at Hollywood Fancy dress was very obliging and efficient when checking on delivery status, when the Gangster Boss outfit arrived I was less than happy. Its my own fault as I should have realised what to expect for £40 wasn't going to be up to much. However cheap printed (effectively nylon pyjamas) was not the effect I had wanted to achieve. Subsequently 2 trips to the charity shops at less than half the price paid has partly gone to sorting it. But cant help but feel disappointed with the cheap and nasty pile of nylon currently sitting on top of my bin. Sorry guys, I can't lie.

It's just what I wanted for my costume
It's just what I wanted for my costume. Have had to reglue the apple and banana as they had come apart as they had only been glued ovfer a very small area. Other than that it's great.
