Paid for next day delivery and received my items 4 days letter...... Sent 2 x message through the website and got no reply. Shocking customer services.

Good delivery service but the wig is not as it looks like on the site. Seems good quality, but much more yellow than platinum blond. Shame.

Arrived very quickly, dress is perfect as description, I ordered the size up from my own size as I was worried it would come up tight, as have previous costumes I have ordered - not from Hollywood Fancy Dress I might add! The dress is a little big, but due to the style that is a good thing as it falls lovely and I don’t feel self conscious in it. I would definitely order again from Hollywood Fancy Dress, and would recommend them to my friends.

Velcro straps keep falling off clock bomb and it woke stick to belt. And the belt strap is way too small. I'm only 32 waist and I'd say it's 28 or 30 at a push.

Did everything they could to help. Only reason they dont get 5 stars because I didn’t get any confirmation emails

Ordered over a week ago, and still waiting

I ordered items that were shown as in stock on the website only to receive an email later that day to advise the item was out of stock. I then had to look for alternatives and thankfully managed to find these on another suppliers site.

After a phone call to Hollywood Fancy Dress was impressed enough to make a purchase. Items were received within 2 days, all boxed and in good condition. Will use again.

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the costume ordered was out of stock. Thankfully a direct alternative was supplied though not with all accessories. Thankfully it was agreed that these accessories would be supplied and was promptly shipped in time for the party.

Great costume.
I did order late so may well be my fault but paid for next day courier delivery. Came by Royal Mail day after so missed World Book Day.
But got it ready for next year now! 👌

Brought a western outfit and accessories then get an email the next day saying they’ve sold out. Asked for a cowgirl outfit or anything else in a western theme in my size for a party I was going to and still an email saying they’ve not sold out in everything. After taking my money of course.

Said the goods were in stock. They were not. Did not buy anything so no idea why I have been senf this survey to complete. Will check I got my money back.

I am a teacher and need a costume for World Book Day. Paid £7.99 next day delivery to ensure my costume would arrive on time. I was then told my order would not arrive until Thursday - World Book Day itself! To top it off, no other similar costumes were in stock either. Their website is very misleading, suggesting they have loads in stock ready to be delivered when in actual fact they get it from other suppliers who may or may not have it ready on time. Would not recommend. I am now going to have to see what I can find totally last minute.
