Very good company, quick and fair postage, goods as described. Slight issue with UPS, but out of vendors hands.

Easy to buy from Hollywood. Goods arrived by UPS so I was able to collect my parcel locally.
I had a problem with the order being damaged and incomplete but this was swiftly resolved with a phone call.

Very good service. Item arrived quickly and was of good quality. Unfortunately it didn’t suit me personally so I returned it with no problem. Money refunded immediately.

I called to say that the wig l received was nothing like the photo n someone would call me back. Still waiting. I called 2x more with no reply. Call me as l want to return without paying postage. Karen

Happy that they called me to say one of the items I ordered wasn’t available and how I’d like to proceed with it. Good prices. However delivery took very long and I received two wrong products (non permanent hair dye - I ordered two different ones, a glitter and a neon. I got 2 neon of the same colour) so that’s lost money. Too much hassle to exchange it, given the time they took to deliver it.

I place an order for next day delivery on the second day I called them as it had not turned up and was advised they have been having problems with orders I advised not a problem please gust send it now for Friday I was then advised they do not have the outfit in stock having excepting my money and next day delivery I was totally let down and advised it is ok because they will refund my money great !!.

Be aware if you are relying on the service.

Checked website this morning for opening times,states your open till 5pm on Sunday,so I took the 25 minute drive to your Queensway store,with an excited 6 year to buy her costume for her school trip,arriving at 1.45pm to find the store closed. Very disappointed 6 yr old to then deal with.maybe alter your website or honour it and be open as it states

Ordered a mask which arrived damaged. It was well packaged so clearly posted in this condition. I asked to return it and was told to post it back and I would be refunded when it arrived. I replied saying I wasn't happy to be out of pocket on postage for it and what could they suggest and was ignored.

Update: Issue rectified and refund was given along eith apology for delay

Quality of product is spot on. We ordered a huge sombrero for a family party and I must say we received it within three days of ordering, was very impressed and definitely the talk of the party.

I went into a store today and bought a child’s maid outfit for my daughter, once I’d left the shop I looked at it closely and saw it was a very cheap material and not great quality, my daughter really didn’t want to wear it. We returned to the store within the hour and was told they do not offer refunds. I’m absolutely appalled that a large shop does not offer refunds, especially if it has obviously not been worn. I spoke to their customer service, they were not helpful and if anything a bit rude. I will not be returning to any of their shops and will tell friends the same.
