Good process. Only minus was not Hollywood's fault - button on trousers came off just getting out of packet. Rectified by re-sewing.

I ordered two costumes from Hollywood Fancy Dress. One was marked as "low stock" but I had hopes of getting one of the last available. Unfortunately I was too late. A member of the team emailed to tell me and to suggest a couple of other outfits I might like instead. After a couple of emails backwards and forwards, I opted for a replacement - and the whole order arrived within a day or two. Great, friendly and helpful customer service, and only didn't make five stars because obviously I would have hoped for my first choice of costume.

Item took a long time to arrive, and the quality was far from perfect with lots of threads lose - but it was not long out of delivery timescales, and the outfit was lovely

The service was exceptional. Having realised I’d forgotten to order my own outfit after sorting other family members out when email confirmation came through I rang and was sorted out immediately. I was also contacted promptly when an item was out of stock and a replacement was efficiently offered. Great service, prompt delivery and great products.

Quick and easy delivery, quality of costume was to be as expected.

I was told to buy the outsize Ghostbuster suit as the normal one would be too short. They only come in one length. The suit was enormous but I used a belt to make it fit better. Quality is poor, one pocket zip failed to work and stitching is messy. The worst element is the back pack - mine had a hole in the seam so didn't remain inflated for long, one of the buckles was missing and one of the straps. When I received the product I should have taken it out of the packaging and checked it, my fault I guess but really disappointing.

Order was placed on-line, no e-mail confirmation was received so I rang the despatch area to be told that no order had been effected. 2 days later the shop rang to say my order was ready for collection. I had to confirm the order was no longer required and ask for a refund. Disappointing !

I ordered a pair of sheep horns for my son's nativity play. The horns were shown as in stock and payment was taken. However after a couple of days I received an email to say that the item was out of stock. On requesting a refund it was issued straight away, however I really needed the sheep horns!

Bit disappointing due to the fact that although their site showed they had plenty in stock of the item I wanted there was in fact none available. On the plus side they did contact me quickly to explain the situation.
