Prompt and courteous service. Reasonable value for money.

It took over a week to try and book an MoT through a 3rd party. When I gave up and called Halocene direct, the experience was good.

Very polite, helpful and reliable service, plus quick to sort out any problems with my car - making me a very happy customer.

I have used them for years for all my cars. I have always found them very civil to deal with and prompt in turning around the work.

Holocene is my local garage and I always take my cars there for MOT's. Very swift service and most importantly they are 'incredibly honest' and transparent. No quibbles, very good service (a few times had a nice service wash when I have had minor work). Also the fact that you always see police cars being serviced there (says it all really). Take your car here, you won't likely be disappointed around the quality of work, speed and level of service. 5* Service.

Holocene is always very clean and the service good, need to improve the customer service from my point of view. Nobody called me to alert me the car was going to be ready soon, after the service nobody came to explain me what they did to the car... once I payed the bill they gave me the car (clean) and saluted me. When I asked about the status of my vehicle they said someone will come soon... but nobody came, so I left

Very professional. My car battery had died and they even came out to jump start it and then took the car back to the garage for it’s MOT and service. Very pleased.

very good service, well priced and speedy too, with reliable quotes for the work which include VAT - which is great as very few other garages do this as genuine total price at the outset.

Have used Holocene twice this year and each time the staff were friendly and efficient. They always called after leaving the vehicle with them about the work required, how long it would take and the cost.
The price they quoted was the price I paid. Very happy to use them again.

Worry free and seamless MOT service. Was a little pricey for the things they had to fix which I would have been quite happy to do myself - brake bulbs etc. Overall, lovely customer service and quick turn around.

You're an excellent concern - and I particularly like the way you wash the cars so automatically at no extra charge!

It is always tricky to try and find a new garage when you move to a different area. There are so many rip-off merchants out there but having read some of the reviews and then using them myself for a service and MOT, I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. The staff were courteous, professional and quick. Not only that, but upon picking my car up, it had been valeted as well. Decent price and they kept me informed every step of the way. They deserve more than a five star review. Thanks guys!

Brilliant, straight forward service: full service done quickly, communication was excellent, staff were very friendly - and was very pleased with the results. Very happy with the complementary wash and hoover of the car! Definitely will use Holocene again.
