I have used Holocene over a number of years and can honestly say that this business has given me a totally honest service. This service has been enjoyed by my friends and associates as well.
They listen to what my problem is and recommended appropriate action at a very reasonable cost.
They manage their customers with empathy and honesty and which is a rare thing in any business today.
They are the total opposite to the reputation of most garages

Amazing service, my car failed a MOT on the other side of London, I was able to book the car in for repairs the same day and get the repairs completed at Hoocene the same day. Absolutely awesome service!

This has to be the best garage in London. Service is impeccable. Staff are knowledgeable and delightfully free from the normal sharp intake of breath often associated with so many other repair and service centres.

The amount of police cars and Addison Lee vehicles booked in is testament to the level of trust that public services and large corporations place in Holocene

When I move out of London, I will still be driving back to Holocene for any service.

I almost didn't want to place a good review here for fear of them being overwhelmed with bookings - I rather fancied keeping their excellent service to myself !

The service was brilliant! They were up front with me from the start and the work was done quicker than expected. Got the car back nice and clean. I would recommend them!

I found more things going wrong with my car after it went into this garage for repairs!! Pretty high labour charges that don't add up and they tell me they didn't charge for diagnostics etc, but they charge for something else instead to make it up. The serious problem is that I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion and I'm being told that there were things which were supposed to be fixed and were not fixed or replaced!! I was shocked to find out, like most people, I'm not a motor mechanics and it's already sad when you need had to ask a second opinion from another professional! Just be warned, before you go here, get a accurate costing or quote first and compare with other places, even the manufacturer dealership or garage might not be much more expensive than this place. They're not as honest as other reviews make them out to be!!

Our experience has been excellent where our car in concerned. Holocene have looked after us for at least ten years and have always been friendly and efficient.

After taking my car to Holocene for an MOT last month, I was incredibly impressed with them.
As the car was due a service, I decided to take it back this week. Once again, I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, expert knowledge and price.

I searched for a garage I could trust. I found Holocene and read an abundance of good reviews. They didn't disappoint.

I received outstanding service from Holocene Motor Group. I took my 1993 Honda Civic in to them as a last resort. Having had the engine rebuilt (badly) by another company, I wasn't convinced that they would be able to sort the problems out. Miraculously, due to their rigorous testing and diagnosis of the issues they were able to get my much loved car, not only back on the road but purring along beautifully! Thanks you so much.

Louis, my favourite car fixer works here now, I've followed him around for years because I know he's trustworthy and does his best to save me ££s when he can. Holocene has added a whole new dimension of professionalism to the job, like a nice comfortable reception, computerisation, and a shining bright clean car at the end of it. PLus they found my friends purse she's lost in my car, and returned it with the cash still inside. Gets my vote!

I found the staff here very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy.

Potentially a little more expensive but we 100% think it's worthwhile. They are trustworthy, efficient and easy to work with.

Took the car in yesterday as it was juddering away like a good'un. Other garages muttered darkly about wishbones but Holocene found a cheaper problem. Very good communications and price and service. Despite being a very small job they valeted the car inside and out. Also it is very reassuring to deal with a small business that has all the details organised. The reception area is super clean and comfortable and the whole atmosphere is one of calm and efficiency. Will use more often.
