The service was excellent
The service was excellent. My car went into the garage around 4pm and the repair completed by the following morning. I collected my car around 11am the following morning. The woman on reception was an excellent advert for the garage. This was my first contact with this garage (recommended by the AA) and I will certainly be using them in the future.

Excellent Customer Service
Given that they must have a number of cars coming in on a daily basis and it was my first time there, a lady greeted me on arrival and then when I came back to collect the car she remembered who I was and my name without me even having to say a word - excellent customer service and a very convenient location (there's a bus stop nearby too so you can get around whilst your car is in the centre.)

Fine local garage - swiftly back on the road.
The team got to work in the car quickly & I did not have to book it in 2 weeks ahead like some own brand garages. Work was finished within the day and my Fiat 500 is back in the road without the grinding brakes. Very pleased I found this garage and will use again if & when my car fails me again.
