Rapid turn around - I got my results in 48 hours.

Fast results, straight forward process and good visibility of the process (i.e., when things are posted, when they've received results)

I ordered an extended UTI culture test as I was experiencing UTI symptoms but all standard tests always came back negative. I was still treated with multiple antiobiotics for nearly a year without success when a friend recommended I use this service for an extended culture.
I received the test promptly and the instructions were clear. I got the results within a week and suggested treatment. I was finally given the right antibiotics by the GP and have now seen an improvement. I recommend homediagnostics and would use again. Julie

Fantastic diagnostic experience from the team.

I had a vaginal swab tested for some fertility treatment im having. The whole process was easy to do, from ordering online, the test arriving the next day, taking the sample from the very detailed instructions and sending back, to receiving the results.

The testing turnaround time was quick, quicker then other laboratories you can use online, although you do pay slightly more for the test overall.

I was most impressed with the communications on the website help desk, questions were answered very quickly, including at weekends and evenings.

Overall a very positive experience and one I will definitely use again if needed.

Home diagnostics were super efficient at providing help and answering any questions I had over the phone and via email - as well as shipping the test the next day and providing results within 48 hours of posting back! The service felt personal and caring, with great customer service. The only downside was that the fingerpick test requires a big enough sample that it took 3 pricks and lots of time and squeezing to produce enough blood for the sample, at one point I was quite worried I would not be able to get enough blood before it dried up. I would recommend a venous blood draw if possible, but I cannot fault Home Diagnostics on their helpful and efficient service, and will be using them again in the future!
