wonderful experience. The perfect place to reset in as healthy a way as possible. The staff were so friendly, and the other guests brought a brilliant community spirit. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Location so relaxing, fantastic staff and of course chef Ton

I’ve visited for a retreat (Fri-Sunday)
To reset & rebalance from a busy job & lifestyle.

Upon arrival it was very relaxed, staff welcomed us & given us forms to complete.
We had the choice of 3 meal plans (Juice diet, Nourish, or Plant based) we decided Nourish.
We then was given a tour & seen to our rooms.

We had a retreat schedule which consisted of
(Nordic walk/ Yin yoga/circuit class/abs attack/ stretches & Yoga) if you didn’t want to attend any class it was your choice and not obligated.

The room was lovely, clean & equipped with shampoo, conditioner/ hand wash & hairdryer facilities. The bed was Queen sized & the room was very modern in design.

We relaxed down in the spa of which is very calm luxury. With a hydro pool/sauna/steam/ Ice & water therapy/ dry floats & Infrared loungers.

The spa garden had a cold water kneipp walk/plunge pool & a kneipp foot rinser which helps reduce aches, pains and inflammation. And strengthens your immune system.

That evening we had dinner which was botanical & I didn’t enjoy so I asked for an alternative and was given soup (with no fuss)
Breakfast was botanical with oak milk, not to my preference so I had an apple. The portion was small also for breakfast. For us not on a weight loss journey I felt it could have been tailored a little more.
Lunch was swapped last minute due to us not eating fish - to plant bases (which was lovely bigger portion & tasteful!)
Snacks - in the morning it was celery and from 4:30pm it was a max of 2 protein balls per person.
There was also on occasions lemon slices to add to your water.

We both had a treatment booked,
And found them both lovely. One treatment used castor oil and was 40minutes. The other was a back massage and was 25minutes.

The outside terrace is solely to lounge with different seating, so you’ll need to break a book to fill time. They also have an outdoor jacuzzi.

The surrounding fields had cows/alpacas & lots of scenery to rest with in the distance passing occasional trains.

Overall we were happy with our stay. But felt it was more tailored for everyone detoxing. In the future we hope to return to see other options for those coming who aren’t solely focused on diet for a weekend escape.

If you are undecided... Just do it. Not just for weight loss , though I had gone primarily to get into exercise again and have some delicious juices.
Since returning, however I'm full of energy and organising stuff I've been leaving for ages. So it's brilliant for brain and mood function!

A really lovely place in beautiful surroundings. The staff are really friendly and the whole experience is great. We used this as a reset and to restart. The vegan food was filling and interesting. The classes were good (exercise, yoga, breathing and guided walks). We even managed to rescue some lambs on one walk. The best part is time spent in the spa and outdoor hot tub.

My third time, wonderful: new hot tub, peaceful and fantastic therapists.

Once again a fabulous time at Homefield Grange. The people here are what makes the place. But the beautiful surroundings, amazing treatments and calming atmosphere certainly helps.

There are no words to describe this secret gem. I have been fortunate to experience several treats far and wide but this is certainly the best. An intimate setting with attention to detail and supportive staff - thank you

I have just returned from a week retreat at Homefield Grange and cannot be more thankful to the whole fantastic team there

My health issues are varied and very complicated and chef Ton worked with Suzanne to ensure I was well nourished whilst avoiding numerous foods I cannot tolerate

The various treatments, classes and spa are all given and run by the nicest and accommodating people one could wish to meet

I have come home feeling considerably better both physically and mentally and will definitely be treating myself to another visit in the not too distant.

A truly wonderful stay at homefield. I am quite fussy when it comes to spas and retreats and this place exceeded my expectations. The food is amazing, I absolutely did not go hungry like I thought I would. The accommodation is spotless and luxurious yet homely and comfortable. I had the out of this world treatment and it was just that! Best treatment I’ve had in a very long time. Must if the time I was the o my one in the spa! I would return in a heartbeat.

I've had an incredible time. I feel rested, calm, and re-set. The staff where so warm and supportive (and understanding) and I met some really great people! Absolutely beautiful place as well.

This is my 3rd time at Homefield Grange and it always takes my breath away when I arrive ! The stunning surroundings and wonderful warm welcome are just the perfect start to my time here.
I feel at home instantly and the luxurious tranquil setting is perfect for unwinding and resetting my mind.
All of the staff make me feel very special and are available 24/7.
Being at Homefield has changed my life for the better and I’m now looking forward to the future with positivity and confidence.

Oh my!!!! What a place. I arrived broken hearted, stressed and fatigued but this beautiful spa with such lovely staff and fabulous treatments and great food are without match. I was worried about coming on my own and starving and being fat - none of which was a problem. Xant recommended it enough x
