Received fake parts - definitely not a legit website at all. I ordered a genuine NTK knock sensor for a 2017 Honda CRV and received a knock sensor on 8/7/2026. It was labeled as "genuine" and in an unsealed Honda parts bag. When I opened the bag, it was not only a different sized sensor than the original, but it clearly stated "China" on it even though the genuine NTK knock sensor is made in Japan, and the aftermarket NTK knock sensor is made in Taiwan. The bag the part came in even said "Japan."

I emailed them within 3 business days to inform them of this and even purchased an aftermarket NTK sensor from RockAuto as a replacement. I sent them tons of pics of side by side and instead of acknowledging the error, they refused to provide me a refund because electronic items are non-refundable even after I explained to them that wasn't a standard return, it was due to an error on their end. They flat out denied the return and this part cost over $150.00. Well, jokes on them because I have all the documentation I need to file a chargeback claim with my credit card company. Stay away from shady vendor.

Easy to order, past experience with company was good. Couldn't locate a cabin air filter for the Honda Odyssey on the website no matter how I searched, seems a bit unusual.

I am extremely disappointed with HondaPartsNow, and after this experience I have made my final decision not to order from them again.

This is not the first time they have failed to fulfill an order correctly. On a previous order, they sent me a completely different small part than the one I ordered. At that time, they simply refunded the cost of the item. Now, on my latest order, they failed to include a cotter pin (Part No.: 90701-SKC-003) that was specifically ordered as part of a suspension repair.

The problem is not the price of the missing part. The part itself costs only a few dollars. The problem is that this cotter pin is a safety-related component used to secure the castle nut on the ball joint during replacement of the steering knuckle. My car was already disassembled at the repair shop when I discovered that the part was missing.

A refund of a few dollars does absolutely nothing to compensate for the inconvenience, the wasted time, the delay in the repair, or the fact that I now have to search locally for a part that I had already ordered specifically to avoid this situation.

HondaPartsNow presents itself as a reliable source for genuine Honda parts, with accurate order fulfillment and dependable service. In my experience, they have failed twice. One incorrect part can be a mistake. A second order with a missing safety-related component makes it very difficult for me to trust their order handling at all.

What am I supposed to do with a refund of a few dollars when the car is already taken apart and the missing part is needed immediately? I did not place the order because I wanted the money back later. I placed the order because I needed the correct parts to arrive together.

I am genuinely very disappointed. This latest experience created unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complications during an already expensive repair. Unfortunately, this was my last order from HondaPartsNow.

It's always the 1 dollar clip or srew that ends up breaking or goes MIA. Tried to source locally, no luck. Checked you out online, you guys have a great website! I got my door clip within 3 days.
