CIPD HR-inform Reviews 

I initially subscribed to CIPD HR Inform for 12 months and, when my subscription period was ending, I followed the correct process to cancel. My cancellation was confirmed by email, and everything seemed fine.

However, despite this written confirmation, they have continued to take payments after the cancellation date. I have contacted their support team to resolve this, but the issue persists. This is highly frustrating and raises serious concerns about their billing practices and customer service.

I expected better from a company that promotes transparency and reliability. If you’re considering subscribing, I strongly advise being cautious and double-checking your cancellation process to avoid unexpected charges. I hope they take action to correct this issue and improve their handling of cancellations.
