I signed up for the Healthcare Plan since I'm a mental health provider but when we went to reinstate the email with a new password, it was the wrong plan. I requested a new plan or next steps.

To add a signature at the bottom of your emails, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Hushmail Webmail
2. Go to Preferences (top right)
3. Select the Composing tab
4. Scroll down to Signature
5. Click the edit icon and enter the text and/or image you'd like to use
6. Save
Your signature will then appear automatically on every email you send.
If you'd like help setting it up, just let us know. We’d be happy to walk you through it.
Mostly great
I have had no problems with hushmail except I was unable to see an attached document. The sender decided to send the email to a different email account. That only happened once. I certainly hope it doesn't happen again. Otherwise, it's been great.

You can flag emails in Hushmail to help you keep track of important messages. If you prefer color-coding, you can do so through a third-party email app such as Apple Mail, which works with Hushmail accounts.

Do not trust this- if your password fails you loose everything! NOT SECURE!
I used this ( payed for) my entire clinics email needs. Then recently my password ( I did not forget it ) stopped working.
I am left with ongoing emails to faceless customer care that answer nothing
... zero help--
The jist is -" you cant access your email" - tough were not going to help. We designed a system that does not allow it and sold it to you. We take no responsibility.
There is no number you can call and its too bad.
I regret starting with them .. have you ever heard of a company you pay for, or an agency or a bank you cant reset your password and you loose your entire email contents ?
... This by anyones standard is not a secure customer based business it is a LIABILITY.
Who would trust a clinics email on a platform that with the disfunction of a password you loose everything..... dont make the same mistake I did

At times the service is slow
At times the service is slow. Taking a long time to load emails or change folders. Otherwise, I really like the easy-to-use organization of folders functions and the security of the emails.

kind, but not what I needed
Although kind, there was interruptions in my email service which led me to purchasing a different service. Even after purchasing a different service, it took them several days for them to do the tech work needed. Very frustrating to be paying for 2 at once. Kind people, but not the best outcomes in my experience.

Andrew has been very helpful in getting me started and Nicholas has been very friendly.
I wish I had known about this service when we had to close our practices and provide tele heath services. I had to send all the forms I needed my clients had to complete and it was most challenging for them to complete them.
