Everything seems to be working well so far!

On boarding (a had a website connectivity issue) was a bit more difficult than advertised but, the team support got me through it. They are great, responsive and courteous. My existing clients have not warmed up to it yet, new clients seem bothered by the extra step. I wonder in the instructions can be heavier on pros.

Framework is easy to use but I find sometimes it can take up to an hour for e-mails sent to me to reach my inbox.

I like Hushmail, I just think it's expensive!

I really believe that for the rate I am paying I should have access to create my own templates and to schedule the time for email to be sent. These features are not available unless I pay more, but I this is already one of the most expensive email services for one of the most basic systems.

I actually was and still intend to shop around, only for the reasons above. I got in a time crunch while getting my business set up, and I needed an email service that included a BAA up front, so I appreciate that. I just think it could be more affordable.

I can’t get a person on the phone. There is no customer phone number listed on the site. I am locked out of my account because I forgot my password but there is no way to change my password because they won’t allow you to do a password reset. Now I cannot access my professional emails from clients or educational programs. Basically, it appears that I have no recourse. Don’t pick this service. Find another encrypted service. I am regretful that I chose this one in the first place

Love that I get notifications at my other email when hushmail has a new email for me. Haven't used it much yet, but all great so far.

The cost was a great attraction for me. Along with the need to send information HIPAA compliant. I was shocked at the number of mailboxes I received for the cost. I love the built in forms which make my job a lot easier.

The customer service and the simplicity of using Hushmail.

I am overall pleased with the experience, except that I cannot send encrypted mail because those who receive them find it too complicated to open them when they don't have the app. Are there any instructions that I can share with them to help them open those emails in an easier manner?

I have requested help, via Hushmail's form, with migrating my email over from my old account. I have received NO response either time. So now I am paying for two separate email accounts, neither of which is working as it should.

Some of my clients have found checking their encrypted emails a bit of a challenge. What do they need to do to get their messages? Is it complicated? Otherwise, I am happy with the service. Thanks

Since Hushmail is a HIPAA compliant inbox, the peace of mind is great! They also have a feature to create confidential forms to use on marketing sites.

Hushmail is easy to use, especially with the support and help provided when needed.

Great experience

I have had wonderful experiences with Hushmail so far. I have been impressed with their extensive knowledge and in depth, easy to use, step by step guides. I was provided an article with step by step instructions on how to make a competitor's email HIPAA compliant. The article was easy to follow and provided so much information on how to not use Hushmail's services, but also clearly showed how their services are more affordable and safer, which ultimately led to me choosing them. When deciding on a plan to purchase, I was able to ask questions through chat. This chat started with AI, but then was quickly transferred to a helpful human, which I was very grateful for. When I did purchase my plan, I used a step by step guide to add the email to my existing domain. Not being very technical, but able to follow instructions, I thought I'd give it a try myself. I found I'd done something incorrectly, so I scheduled a customer care call that happened at the agreed upon time and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally with a friendly associate. I accidentally upgraded my plan (twice), and was very quickly and efficiently helped out both times without any incident. I'm so impressed with Hushmail and I've just started using it. I'm so grateful I've found an organization that cares about it's clients, acts with integrity, is transparent and honest, and does what it says it will do! 5 stars!
