Lovely and personal customer service
Great customer service from both Phoebe and then Lahara. We were gifted a second hand but immaculate Ickle Bubba Next to me crib from a friend but wanted a new mattress for this for safe sleeping purposes. However, the replacement mattress was sold out on the website and I couldn’t find another. Fortunately the staff at Ickle Bubba were super helpful and sorted out a replacement for me with blue light discount. Great company, I don’t think I have heard of Ickle Bubba prior to this, but will now definitely take a look at all their other products that we still need to get!

Incorrect item returned
A huge thank you Lahara how helped me return an incorrect item and sorted an exchange for the correct item.
I was initially dreading having to return the item and trying to sort out the correct one.
But when I email Lahara was quick to help and explained everything with simple instructions and easy direction.
I’ve now returned the wrong item and Lahara has arranged for the new on the sent out.

Budget Friendly Travel System
Travel System (pram and travel cot) with Carseat and rotating isofix but still under £350 fits well as a budget mum but not compromising on quality. Delivery had hiccups but because of good customer service, I would still highly recommend 👌

Easy to navigate the website and when it came to delivery was dispatched the next day and arrived with care the following day.
Was hesitant after first about having not seen the travel system in person but great quality and easy to assemble.

I spoke to someone called lahara who was very helpful indeed. We had been messed around by a 3rd party company for an ickle bubba double pram. Lahara set up a priority sale for us to recieve the product directly through ickle bubba for next day delivery. If it indeed arrives ontime tomorrow then huge thankyou to lahora and the warehouse! Were in desperate need.
