Fantastic experience from start to finish. Can’t fault the customer service
What a fabulous company! Had to return a stroller as there was a problem which we couldn’t solve ourselves. Customer service has been fantastic , it had been dealt with efficiently and promptly and we are having a new stroller sent out to us to replace the broken one. I would highly recommend ikkle bubba for the lovely products and fabulous service throughout.

I really do love this and glad that I have got it. It's sturdy and reliable.
All the accessories for this is brilliant and everything is amazing quality.
I was impressed with the delivery as it came the next day.
Only thing is that I didn't get the small pram bag that goes on the pram and the bottle holder is very slim. Definitely recommend this though

Child car seat safety testing
Made enquiries about the testing regime for their car seats to ensure that they were not only designed to relevant UK standards but also tested to them.
Tyler Jade responded to my enquiry which led to further dialogue and all queries were answered quickly and in sufficient detail to give me confidence to proceed in obtaining a car seat for my granddaughter.
Haven't yet purchased it so cannot comment on the actual product but the support from the manufacturer so far has been exemplary.

Fabulous customer service! As a first time parent we ordered a travel system but ordered the wrong car seat and so messaged ickle bubba via WhatsApp and got an instant reply and they swapped the car seat for the correct one within a matter of days!! Was really pleased as you don’t get good customer service with big companies these days, highly recommend! Thanks so much for taking the stress off a heavily pregnant first time mum and making the whole thing so easy. Not to mention the product is lovely too and very good value for money.

Very pleased with my Ickle Bubba travel system. The order arrived promptly, and everything was well packaged and in excellent condition. From unboxing and assembling the system, the stroller, carrycot, car seat, and ISOFIX base all looked well made, clean, and free of any noticeable damage.
Customer service and communication throughout the ordering and delivery process were also very good. Overall, I’m impressed with the quality, presentation and value for money. A very positive experience with Ickle Bubba so far.

I pre ordered a full travel system kit…
I pre ordered a full travel system kit due October 26. Due to pregnancy complications, baby might be induced earlier so contacted customer services to see if any chance of chasing the order to come sooner. First member of staff not overly helpful as gave generic responses and ignored my question as to if I could instead choose a different bundle that is in stock now and have the difference refunded. They did not reply despite it being in hours. Started to worry this was a scam company at that point.
Same query asked the next day and I’m delighted to say the responses were more human and helpful! Pheww! They explained the entire pre order bundle was in stock accept the pram in the colour I chose. They offered the same pram but in a different colour which I accepted and boom it ALL arrived within 48 hrs! The quality is wonderful and I’m so happy and thankful for this member of staff helping me so proficiently. Not a scam company in anyway. Being pregnant is anxiety inducing and hormones make you on edge - I really appreciate human responses and help at a vulnerable time of life.
