Scam – Do Not Order
I placed an order on 21st November 2025. Instead of receiving what I paid for, I received a discount card written in French, which was not what I ordered.
I emailed customer support and only received a generic response saying they were “investigating.” I explained that the item was for a special occasion and asked them to resend the order. They claimed they did, but the tracking never worked and nothing arrived.
In the end, I had to contact my bank to get a refund.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. This company is fraudulent.

State lontani da questa azienda, sono solo truffatori, ho acquistato un cappotto che non è mai arrivato, non rispondono alle mail, ho richiesto un tracking e me ne hanno fornito uno falso che non dice nulla. Ricontattati più volte senza risposta i soldi se ne sono andati il cappotto non è arrivato e non arriverà mai.
L'ordine è stato fatto il 28 novembre e dal 5 dicembre non rispondono le mail .
Fate tutto ciò che è potere per stare alla larga da questi truffatori.
Mi rivolgerò alla polizia postale per le frodi on line.

Ordered a coat for my husband. Received an email to apologise and inform me it's delayed but still on the way. Since then, there has been no updates. Have contacted the company multiple times with no response. Absolute frauds and will be contacting my bank. Don't know how these people sleep at night. But I believe in justice and they will get their just desserts at some point.

J'ai commandé une veste, ils ont bien débité mon compte mais je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Sur le site on ne peut pas suivre sa commande et ils ne répondent pas aux mails. Je leur en ai envoyé un pour réclamer le remboursement de ma commande mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. J'envisage sérieusement de les dénoncer et d'aller plus loin pour avoir mon remboursement.

Ordered the Thomas coat for my son for Christmas, only received one email apologising for the delay and to click tracking link, no link.
Emailed and no response.
Now with my bank to chase and received my refund from my bank after reading these reviews.
Gutted, loved the look of the coat.
And on their website today it still says if you order they can deliver tomorrow ...... BEWARE OBVIOUSLY A SCAM again via Facebook......

Please, for your own benefit, do not use them at all or make any purchases as it’s practically a scam. I ordered a jumper which I saw on an instagram ad on December 1st and have not received any information as to its whereabouts despite emailing them continuously.
The tracking they provide is useless.

Absolute scam….. website looked genuine through website they even sent an email with tracking which actually leads no where.

Sent 8 emails no reply.

Absolute scammers.

Beware lost £60.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Same issues as everyone else - no response to countless emails and no contact telephone number. Promised delivery in 3 days but 3 weeks later - nothing!

Scam - never received item dont do it!

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered a coat for hubby for christmas on 28th Nov, contacted them with still no sign of arrival and was informed it would arrive on or before 17th Dec. No sign of it still and emails now being ignored! I wish I knew how to report this company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Shocking company ordered in November a coat. Still waiting have chased and chased, they don’t even get back to you. Mackey mouse company will probably be gone after Christmas scammers…….

Been a month now and still waiting il be going to my bank and reclaiming money and reporting them as scammers makes me so mad that facebook dont do anything when you loose money wont be buying like that again ever

Pedido del 28 de Noviembre. No ha llegado nunca. No contestan los mensajes. Miren los comentarios en Facebook y verán que nunca envían la mercancía.
No compren nada. Son una banda de sinvergüenzas. Como es posible que exista gente así.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY. TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN SEND FAKE TRACKING DETAILS. THEY CORESPOND FOR A WHILE THEN NOTHING. BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS NOW WAITING FOR MY COAT AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM FOR OVER A WEEK THEN ON THE FAKE TRACKING TODAY SAID BEEN DELIVERED. DOES NOT SAY OR SHIW WHICH DELIVERY COMPANY DELIVERED IT. I GOT A RING DOORBELL AND NOBODY ON THE VIDEO FOOTAGE. AVOID . REPORTED IT TO FACEBOOK AND THEY SAID ITS NOT FAKE BASICALLY. SO FACEBOOK ARE SCAMMERS ALSO.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a coat on 29th November and still not arrived. Have contacted them twice but they have not replied. Do not buy from this company as I don’t think they are legitimate!!!
