Very dangerous shop avoid by all means ordered in December item never arrived. Contacted multiple times never heard back. Have contacted bank to challenge this and bank are in touch with them but they are disputing with bank very dodgy company

The worst online shop ever. Don't buy from them. I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger jacket. And I received a plain jacket, very poor material. They don’t answer emails, no contact number. This is a scam website for sure.

£75 for a boss coat that takes 3 weeks to come from china and is not boss at all,some cheap rubbish with a random badge Velcros on it,surprise no way to return ,sent countless emails to which no reply wan*ers !!!!

Scam / avoid like many others saw an ad on TikTok for the Tommy coat.. ordered one.. took about 5 weeks to deliver and what came just a plain coat that is cheap. Sent email after email and had no response seriously please avoid.

I'm only giving them one star because there is no option for jo stars. I ordered a coat at the beginning on November, now at 23rd December I still have not received it. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I raised the issue with my bank and icon london have challenged my claim. When you place an order with icon London, you would expect it to be a UK based company but it isn't. I think it's in China. Absolute disgrace of a company.

Brought a Tommy Hilfiger jacket, advertised on TikTok. I received a plain poorly made coat 3 sizes to small. They don’t answer emails. Definitely a scam website.

Bought a Tommy Hilfiger jacket from this shop after I saw an advert on Tik Tok Shop for £49.99. I tried to contact them, as the order was delayed, but no luck. I ordered it on 28th November, and it arrived today, the 12th December, an absolute piece of rubbish, just a regular jacket that you can't pay more than £15. Oh well, tried to contact them again, sent an email, but Obviously they are not gonna answer. Went on Tik Tok to see my order and surprise, I can't find it. According to a video, that I found on youtube (somebody done their research and shared it , you are entitled for a refund within 14 days from when you placed the order (so it took them 14 days to send that crap to me - that is cler I'm not getting one), to request a refund from your bank, your purchase should be over £50 (which the crap I received is only 49.99) so we can't win guys....
I'm going to contact the Trading Standards and I will tell them to check in here how many people are dissapointed with this shop, that is scamming people.

I ordered a white jacket with the Tomy Hilfiger logo, it's a shame there's no option to upload photos, I'm just in complete shock after 14 days of waiting, what did I get? I just don't know what to call it, it's like some second-hand rag dug out of the trash, no logo, no labels, just a ball wrapped in plastic and wrapped with countless times of tape, no return address, and shipped from China. I can't believe how this company or parody can still exist, just after so many bad reviews and people being deceived, why haven't they been sued? They don't respond to emails, a complete scam.

Ordered a beige coat .supposed to be well known designer brand with a logo .this item turned up first 6 weeks late then no logo.made like a piece of old tat .totally scam

This is a scam I purchased what was supposed to be a beige North face coat and my paid 49.99 to get a piece of tat which was nothing like the coat I ordered I have reported them PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAMMMMM!!!

I have not received my jacket been 6wks no tracking or order confirmation! Like the lady in the other post said the same a tatty cheap tattie and quality crsp I doesn’t exist have north face sign! Yet took my money! I will be contacting my bank to report as a scam! Don’t use them

I bought a blue North Face jacket for £49.99. An unbranded, cheaply made black coat arrived. It doesn't even have care instructions. No receipt, no returns label. It shipped from China so took 3 weeks to arrive. They don't respond to emails. Save your money and go to an actual shop/retailer.

I order almost 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my order. I send 2-3 mails nobody answered and the track number don't show nothing. I will never order from this site I think it a scam

What a buy I've come across this sale site to just out of curiosity and I saw a black gilet and it was on offer Ive decided to buy it it was soo smooth user friendly page within 2 minutes order completed and my item was on the way 2 days later I've received this stunning gilet it did tick all the boxes for me the quality is way over my expectations today I was wearing it at work all my colleagues were asking for it thank you iconlndn will be back to buy more two thumbs up 👍👍✅✅✅
