Order hasn't arrived been 3 weeks, this is a scam don't buy from these. Reporting them to trading standards

Ordered a coat 5 weeks ago and yet to receive it. Sent many emails and they only reply that it has been dispatched. I would not use this online sales website.

Dont waste your money or time , this is a scam company . . . Order number #25382 ordered over 2 weeks ago , 6 different e-mails sent asking for a tracking number and still no response from them whatsoever . . . No contact number provided either and now i have had to cancel my bankcard and apply for a refund which i could be doing without just a week before christmas . . . It didn’t arrive, they told me to contact Evri myself! I done this Evri have lost the parcel and to go back to iconic for a refund

Absolutely fuming and massively let down.

I ordered a jacket after being told it would be delivered in 2 days. I was genuinely pleased with that.
Fast forward a full month later and I finally receive a delivery notification saying it has been delivered.

Delivered where exactly?

I do not have it.
My neighbours do not have it.
It is not in a safe place.
It has not been delivered.

I contacted this company multiple times over the weeks asking for updates. I contacted them again as soon as I received the so called delivery confirmation.
Once again, no response.

This is beyond poor service. This is unacceptable.
No communication. No accountability. No jacket.

I urge people to steer well clear of this company.
If this is how they treat paying customers, imagine if something actually goes wrong.

Shocking service. Total waste of time.

Scammers! Didn’t look deep enough, sent my partner the link for a coat…. No contact, no coat, no refund! …..
Now got to convince the bank to take action! 😔😔

Ordered a coat & received 3 discount vouchers 2 weeks later, emailed them a week ago & they'll look into it, not heard anything since. How they can get away with it is beyond me & Facebook are advertising this company, we're doooomed!

Société de caca et encore je suis polie ...a éviter et même a fuir . J'ai commandé un manteau et j'ai reçu au bout d'un mois 4 cartes de réduction d'un site qui est basé en chine ...pure arnaque organisée . Par contre le paiement à été retiré aussitôt 😡

In a week, I received only one reply after sending numerous complaint emails, as I have no updates on the shipment, delivery times, or tracking information.

17 December 2025 : After a certain Jimmy contacted me, then Rhea assured me that the package was being shipped. I contacted the shipping company. They confirmed that they never received the package.

I bought clothes I get a manual “how to inflate” big fraud

Very thin material and looked nothing like the jacket online. Returns are £7.95 PER ITEM which when most stores offer free returns thats huge.

The items are not what they advertised 😡 then they want you to pay £7.99 to return them time

Awful material, cheap, thin for the price. Took ages to arrive. Trying to return currently. Do not order!

Scam. My fault initially as I fell for the Instagram link that was showing an H&M
product, I just clicked & purchased. Was only when I realised the tracking link was China I went back and checked. Yep, it’s false advertising, poor quality goods which aren’t as advertised and as yet still trying to return. How are these sites allowed to still be operating?

The item arrived after weeks of waiting!
wrong colour, and wrong size ordered a medium, they sent XL - vial cheap material! Sent emails to both emails and they both bounce back! Absolute joke and nothing I can do!! Broad daylight robbery :-(

Only give them 1 star as I Cant go any lower. Ordered a North Face jacket, 2XL. Jacket arrived, size probably medium and certainly not North Face. Came from China. have been offered a refund less return shipping or keep it for 50% refund. It’s a rip off, wouldn’t wear it to walk my dogs even if it did fit. Trading standards may be interested.
