Disgusting unprofessional customer service
Purchased a diverter valve and braided brake lines for my car. Was told the diverter valve was out of stock (should have been reflected on the website) and then after being told I would receive it a week or two later, I was told I wouldnt get it until november... 5 months on. The brake lines I got told that even though the website does not mention what number of pieces it is, they only do a 6 piece kit and would have to charge me £38 extra. When I complained that the correct price should be on the website I get told they have ordered me a 6 piece kit but taken 2 lines out due to me not willing to pay more. Then when I ask to cancel the order I get spoken to so rudely stating I am being unreasonable. Such unprofessional and disgusting customer service. I will not buy anything from here. I have one refunded and the other still trying to get refunded.

Apologies about the GFB item being out of stock. We only keep the popular selling parts in stock and some of the non-stock items can take a while to arrive as GFB UK do not stock them either.
As for the brake lines, there's two kits available for your car which is the 4 piece or 6 piece. You ordered the 4 piece kit but then demanded we sent a 6 piece kit for the same price. As we already explained we could either send the kit you ordered or upgrade to the 6 piece kit at your cost.
Apologies if we came across rude and sorry about the confusion.

Ordered never arrived
Ordered some brake lines and they never arrived, nothing was done about it, just given the response of “it says it was delivered there’s nothing we can do” and told me there is loads of fraud with people saying items never arrived.

Your Royal Mail tracking shows the item was delivered to your address and signed by you or someone who shares the same surname as you.
Sorry to disappoint, however when the item has been signed for we can't just ship another item free of charge.

**big boost pipes**
The intercooler itself is really good, but if you go for the Big Boost pipes all I will say is have fun fitting them, the instructions don't give any details on how to do this, this job has taken about 8 hours to complete with two of us working on it, was worth it but just keep that in mind when going big boost pipe options

The service wasn’t great and took over…
The service wasn’t great and took over 10 weeks to get delivered from order date and for 3 weeks my order wasn’t even processed. Rang several times about my order and never really helped much on the phone. Wouldn’t order from here again.

My suspension took twice aslong as it should of
After 2 months of chasing them almost every day I finally received my order, only to find the springs were not the ones i even ordered, now I’ve been told there going to send the correct ones but there unsure of when that will actually be.
I had absolutely zero contact from them unless I chased them, I will never order from I’d workz again

I'm really sorry about the delay with your order. Our HSD coilover shipment was delayed due to reasons out of our hands however we kept you informed throughout the order.
We originally advised you the order will take approximately 4 weeks and when we were informed of the delays from our supplier we notified you and also gave you the option to cancel. You chose to keep them on order as you know they would take the same amount of time from any other supplier (and would cost you more)
Your order was placed on 8th March and dispatched on 30th April with DPD. It was 3 weeks late - it certainly didn't take 3 months to arrive as your review states.
Once again we're sorry for the delay and we hope you enjoy your new suspension.

Eg coilovers
Bought some coilovers for my eg civic from ID works mainly due to the fact they were cheaper than the competition. Had an email shortly after placing the order to explain there would be a 5/6week wait as they were a special order and asked if I still wanted to proceed,no worries to me as I was in no rush....2 weeks later they were at my door 😁. Needless to say I couldn't be happier with how things went and I would definitely consider ID workz for future items 👍
