IgluSki Reviews

Iglu Ski rely on another company Crystal Ski who were totally unresponsive all vacation on any messages sent to their prescribed SMS number.

We use iglu for cruises and now we have used them for ski holiday. Their expertise is most welcome and Ben was really helpful whilst we were choosing the best resort for us.

Jack was very helpful in finding me the best hotel and location for our ski trip provided plenty of options and secured us the best price.

I have been booking a family ski holiday with Iglu Ski for a number of years. Paul Easton at Iglu has been always helpful with his advice on the Club Med location and better price. We came back from our Easter ski holiday in France last weekend. We enjoyed it very much. One of the best skiing experiences.

Great contact, polite and knowlesgeable. And patient!

Helpful quick and easy - thank you!!!!

A huge thank you to the Iglu team, especially to Seb.
I booked very late, and he was awesome. He found us the perfect deal for my party making sure everyone travelling got what they needed and helping us to find the perfect combination of good price and good snow.
He sorted the extras, and gave info on the things he couldn’t book for me.
The whole process was simple from start to finish, and our time in the mountains has been incredible. He seems to have even sorted the weather.
I have used Iglu for years and have never had a bad trip with them, but this year they have surpassed themselves.
Thanks everyone. Looking forward to next season already 🥳

We have just booked a group ski holiday with Iglu ski for next year. There was a considerable amount of backwards and forwards to get something that suited the whole group and Christian was so patient with us and helped us find a good deal that met everyone's needs.

Excellent Customer Service
Very impressed with Amy who was able to process our holiday booking very efficiently and courteously ensuring that the accommodation ,lift passes and ski hire arrangements were all properly explained before actual payment.

Staff are patient and thorough when finding a holiday deal for you.
Shout out to Seb today who was great. I've booked my ski holidays through Iglu for the past 4 trips and had no complaints

I must have treid your patience of all your colleagues with my indecision and requirements, Thankyou all

Straight forward and quick phone service. No waiting times and all well explained clearly and friendly.
And studio is great value for money by the sounds of it. Not been there yet but I know Chatel is a great place for winter sports.

Efficient and friendly service

Seb Ibson helped plan and amazing trip for us with our three year old grandson and our daughter. He came up with some great ideas and suggested Club Med ( very family oriented) at La Rosiere with Petit club for ESF to help him ski. Seb worked into the evening organising the accommodation, flight times and direct transfer. The ski passes were waiting for us when we arrived. The interconnecting rooms worked well and the food was different every night. We will be booking again with Seb for next year .

A five star experience booking a trip to Val d'Isere. Clear description of the trip given, transfer perfect and the hotel was beyond expectations. This was the first time I'd used Iglu and will be using again

Great accommodation (Front de Neige, Plagne Villages) clean, spacious, warm & plenty of hot water.
Excellent support & communication from Iglu & the tour operator Ski World.
The Paradiski area has something for all abilities & we were blessed with great conditions.

Good value for the money!

Friendliness and helpfulness, and straight down to brass tacks.
