This is the third time we’ve dealt with IMH, and once again the experience has been excellent. We were assigned to Jackie Rudkin, who has been incredibly thorough in explaining everything and offering advice tailored to our circumstances, needs, and preferences around mortgage options and insurance policies.

I’ve been with IMH for around seven years now, and they’ve handled my mortgage and two remortgages with consistently great service. This time I worked with Samuel Cross, and he was outstanding throughout the whole process.

He took care of everything, including my protection insurance, and his advice was clear, helpful, and genuinely reassuring. Sam was polite, courteous, and attentive at every stage, always keeping me updated and making sure I understood each step.
