I was not able to use the gift voucher.
The vouchers come with multiple expiration dates, and if you miss a deadline the company will not honour the voucher or give you a refund. Here was my experience:
First, I registered the voucher quickly so that the "registration expiry date" was not crossed.
Next, I tried booking the experience two separate times, and both times I was told they were full, and I would need to try again a different week.
I tried a third time, and then I was told that the voucher had expired.
As a "gesture of goodwill", the company offered to give me 10% off a new voucher. This is insulting. I paid for a voucher, made an honest attempt to work within their strict scheduling requirements, and ended up paying them money for nothing. Now they ask me to pay almost full price to go through all of that again.
Just cut out Indytute and buy directly from experiences that do not try to take your payment and give you nothing in return.

We’re sorry that availability did not align with your preferred dates when you tried to book—this is never the experience we want for our customers. The goodwill discount offered was intended as a gesture to help you still enjoy an experience with us, though we understand it may not have felt sufficient in this instance.

Exceptional costumer service
I had a really positive experience with Indytute customer service.
I had been unable to register my voucher on time due to difficult personal circumstances, and I reached out hoping for some help. Charlie from the bookings team responded with understanding, kindness, and professionalism, and very generously arranged a free 6 month extension for me.
This voucher was a meaningful gift for me, so this really meant a lot.
Thank you Charlie for your support and for making this process so smooth and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Indytute to others based on this experience. Excellent customer service.

Out of date voucher
I had a medical issue that caused me to not authenticate my voucher. I contacted the company and liaised with Charlie, I found him to be very helpful. He quickly responded to my request and was able to reinstate my voucher without any fuss. Excellent service.

I mistakenly had a gift voucher which I ordered sent to a wrong address for the next day delivery. As soon as I realised my error I telephoned Indytute and spoke to Charlie. Excellent Customer Service - Most helpful
I have used The Indytute a number of times, for various experiences and always found them helpful. Recently had some family issues meaning that I didn't redeem a voucher in time. So, I messaged the team and Charlie in particular was most helpful in resolving the situation. (Seems he is a bit of a legend). Anyway, this company is highly recommended.

I booked an experience on the website paying extra; I then noticed after the experience stated £84 on the website and yet charged £89 with the payment system. Once purchased an additional voucher code was sent for the new experience that didn't work.
The booking website and its functionality are absolutely awful, it there are several steps and a lot of features don't work as they should on the website.
