Ordered some new gloves was here within 2 days
Will defiantly use them again

Placed an order on Friday for a pair of gloves I needed. The website offered Next Day delivery for Sunday which worked for my timescales. Received an email Saturday late afternoon saying they hadn't been able to ship my order and that it will not arrive as stated and that was pretty much it.

Absolutely useless and provided no details on when I should expect to receive my order. Shocking. I usually use J and S Accessories who are normally spot on but on this occasion they didn't have what I wanted so found these guys - who I will not be using again nor recommending to anyone.

I get that delays happen but at least tell the customer what the plan is to make things right. Terrible customer service. Never again!

This is the first time I have bought through Infinity and was suitably impressed by the serviced they offered despite a slight delay in the item being delivered to my nearest branch for collection. The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The product, a Bering Cruiser motorcycle jacket, has surpassed my expectations. Thank you Infinity.

I recently bought a helmet and headset online, and I’m very happy with my experience.
The guys were extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice before the purchase. They answered all my questions and helped me choose the right products.
Unfortunately, there were some issues with the courier company during delivery, but the team was very supportive and helped me resolve all the problems. They stayed in contact and did everything they could to make sure everything was sorted out.
Great customer service, professional advice, and a very positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend them and would happily buy from them again!

I've been coming to Infinity Motorcycles in Farnborough for a while now, and Josh is a big part of the reason I keep coming back. He treats me like a VIP every single time I walk through the door — nothing is ever too much trouble.

His product knowledge is excellent, and he takes the time to actually understand what you need rather than just pointing you at the nearest shelf. On one occasion he even stayed on after closing to help me work through my options and make sure I was happy with what I was buying. That kind of service is rare these days.

Thank you Josh, it's genuinely appreciated. If you're heading into the Farnborough store, ask for him — you'll be well looked after.

I needed some riding-jeans (summer heat-waves, were too hot for wearing my Gortex riding-suit !). Had a very patient sales assistant (name on the receipt Nige, although this may have been the operator of the till transaction rather than my helper, a senior member of the team). Also came away with a mesh riding jacket with D3O armour. : - ) .

This company are absolutely useless. They tell you items are in stock when in actual fact they just order it in once you place your order. I’ve been waiting over a week now and still my order hasn’t even shipped. There is no point messaging customer service either. They just blame the supplier even though when I ordered the item it said it was in stock. I’ve shopped in store many times with no problems but this will be the last time I use this company.

I’ve just checked your website and it still shows as next day delivery available??? So the reply you’ve provided just isn’t true.

I was able to use a forces discount which made this the cheapest way to buy this helmet, great communication with the company, I ordered the helmet at 1245 and it was with me the next day
at 1400 with free delivery!!!! Absolutely outstanding, I will definitely use this company in the future.

1st class service as usual, ordered one day delivered the next. Couldn’t ask for better 👏👏👍

Ordered on Thursday for click and collect on Friday at Farnborough branch.
Went into branch on Saturday as no contact to be told not there would midweek.
No good to me as only in the area for a few days.
Had to order from warehouse which arrived at 16-45 on the Monday

The whole ordering process has been a disappointment !

I ordered, ( #INF341318) a Pyramid Universal Number Plate Backing - Matte Black - SKU: 08305 on 4th Aug.

Immediately I received an email to say that they now couldn't ship it next day. In fact it didn't arrive until Saturday 9th !

10th Aug, as the item had not been packed with a cardboard back, and DPD screwed it up and damaged the vinyl when they delivered it, (making it unusable) I emailed photos and requested it be replaced.

I was requested to complete a return, but advised no more where in stock & there would be a delay. Instead I requested a refund, and I'd bin the clearly damaged item.
Infinity instead asked me instead, to return it for that refund.

11th Aug , Parcel was taken to a DPD outlet, with a cardboard backing I included !

12th Aug, DPD confirmation the parcel was with Infinity.

18th Aug, No sign of my refund or an explanation for the delay, so I email them the DPD confirmation & asking them to apply the refund, which is now too long in delay.

21st Aug, still no sign of my refund, so as I promised I've left my feedback here.

Excellent customer service as alway - simple ordering, competitive prices and free next-day delivery.

Ordered Rukka Coriace motorcycle jeans. Delivered the very next day. Fantastic service and a fantastic quality product.

Sent wrong colour of waterproofs. They did apologise and sent out the correct colour after re-ordering. It’s was a very quick delivery so did do really well and recommend.
