Collect same day - Not true
Ordered boots 6th September for collection same day from the Clapham branch
Waited and waited for an email to collect, didn't get it
Phoned up, the guy said the order was not on his system and he could not do anything about it! He suggested if I wanted it the same day, to buy it again and then get a refund on the original - What was the point of that, when it said it was at the store and could be collected
Phoned the next day to get an update, a different guy said they did not have it in the store at all
I ended up collecting the boots on 8th September
Disappointed in the service - Should not advertise "Can be collected in store today" when the boots were not even there
I would have ordered it from somewhere else if I had known this!!

Unfortunately, there was a stock discrepancy with the item you ordered, meaning that Clapham did not have the item in-store. Due to this issue, the website incorrectly informed you that it would be available for same-day collection instead of the 2-3 working days it should have stated.
We understand that this delay is frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by it.

Don’t buy online with them!
I’ve used Infinity in the past when I had a 125 and since getting my full license I thought I’d use them again to get my gear. What wishful thinking that was…
Ordered a helmet which was delivered next day by DPD, however it was dumped on my front door instead of being left with a neighbour like I requested. Fair enough, not Infinity’s fault for this, clearly DPD are at fault for it getting nicked!
Nonetheless, infinity’s resolution and customer service has been terrible. I’ve been chasing for a replacement, they then tell me DPD have to investigate the matter, anyway it’s been 3 weeks since the problem occurred and still no refund or replacement. Bought one elsewhere now as I couldn’t keep waiting and it arrived next day via DHL without issue. Anyway, I’m still waiting for a refund… I understand that there’s procedures to situations like this, but at no point should I - the end customer - be taking the brunt for it. Genuinely such a shame because I used to think of Infinity as the go to place for motorbike gear and after this experience I don’t think I ever will. Stay clear people and go elsewhere!!

We are sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with DPD. While we do work closely with the courier, unfortunately there are occasions where issues with deliveries are outside of our direct control.
When these issues do arise, we have to raise an investigation with DPD so that they are aware of the situation and can review the details. We apologise that the timeframe for this was longer than you were satisfied with.
Once DPD provided us with the conclusion that they would accept liability for the mistake, we got back in contact with you to inform you of this, and then refunded the order as you requested.
We understand that this is a frustrating situation and apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Great store

I bought a SCHUBERTH C5 for a birthday…
I bought a SCHUBERTH C5 for a birthday present which arrived on time but the delivery driver didn’t leave it in the safe place I requested, it was left on my FRONT DOOR STEP. I had to leave work and retrieve the parcel before it was stolen.
I am very pleased with the helmet it’s quality is excellent but again a problem arose as the helmet was sent with the security tag still attached, I then had to drive to the store pay for parking to get it removed.

Great product, super fast delivery.
I was looking for a cover for my Kawasaki Vulcan. I brought one at lunch time on the Friday and before lunch on Saturday I had it.
Extremely pleased with the service I received and super quick delivery.
Product is also great and fits perfectly. As a new biker I’ll be coming back to Infinity for future purchases.

Always a quick reliable delivery service
I needed a small portable tyre inflater and after doing research I saw that Infinity stocked it so it was a no brainer getting it from there.
Never more expensive, always a quick reliable delivery service - however sometimes I do click and collect as I get a chance to browse in store and see what else I may want.

Wrong size delivered but good service when trying to rectify

This was my original review; however, they have since reached out, offered good service and a voucher, and provided a plan to rectify the mistaken order. Must say I am impressed, actually. 99% of companies don't bother with custoemr service but their response after this revew was top notch

Still not delivered, you really shouldn’t use DPD they are the only courier that never delivers to Coverack and makes up dishonest reasons for not driving out here day after day

We could see that the shipping address on your order matched the one we had supplied to DPD. We recommended that you download the DPD app so that you were able to give them directions on how to get to your home.
We could see that your order was returned to our warehouse, which was arranged by DPD, and unfortunately, we were unable to prevent this. Please be assured that the full refund is currently being processed.
