Wrong item ordered by store.
I ordered two items for click and collect, both showed in stock and available that day. I waited all day for an email, i then rang up and despite showing both items were in stock at my local store when i got to the store only one item was available. So the other item was ordered in for me, 5 days later i received an email my remain ing item was in the store, I drove to the store and picked up the item, unfortunately did not check in store as I thought the correct item had been ordered, got home and the wrong item had been ordered. Back to the store the following day to take the item back, only to be told by the same person that served me every time I went into the store, "someone has obviously ordered the wrong item" I did say it was him that served me and ordered the item, but did not seem to really care, only gave an apology that someone had ordered the wrong item.
I really would have thought I would have been offered some sort of discount for all of the trips and inconvenience.

This was one of the fastest deliveries I've ever had! The motorbike shoes were amazing—so good that I immediately ordered a second pair, which also arrived very quickly.
I was also really impressed that the package included free return postage, making returns simple and convenient. This is much better than some other sellers who require you to travel to a store to return an item, even when there isn't one nearby.
Excellent product, fast delivery and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Super fast delivery, product well packaged. Overall service was great, unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour helmet. I've decided to keep it as the colour sent was OK. Just a little bit more care checking before despatch is needed. Still recommended for overall service.

lack of customer service support
Infinity Motorcycles has good deals, and I like the membership programme. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of customer service response. I received my order with the learner plate kit missing bolts and a bracket on Saturday and emailed the customer support team but have still not received a response after 2+ working days. I was hoping for the bolts and bracket parts that were missing from the order to be sent to me; however, I rang customer service yesterday and was told that I needed to make a trip to the post office to return it instead. I was hoping to receive the rest of the missing kit ahead of my insurance start date (today) but will now have to buy the L plates elsewhere.

We felt it was better to provide a whole new product in case the original was missing anything else that hadn't been identified. We apologise for any frustration this may have caused.

I bought Oxford products Rainex cover…
I bought Oxford products Rainex cover with top box for my 2016 Vespa GTS 300 My initial purchase was for a medium cover as I had bought one about 3 years ago however the replacement was smaller? So I contacted Infinity who changed for large.
Found them to be courteous, helpful and very swift with sending item out accepting return and sending replacement. The large cover fits perfectly.
