bought a jacket from norwich branch…
bought a jacket from norwich branch about 6 months ago. when i put the winter liner on it was up to my elbows.
i assumed hey gave me the wrong one.
Was asked to bring it back , they took pictures of me in it. they said they would sort it with supplier.
they informed me that the supplier was strugling to sort the issure!! and could i bring it back for MRE OICTURES!!.
i said i cant get to you as i am self employed and recovering from long covid.
i called for an update and requested they leave me a message as its been so long.
Ive had one missed call.
apparently she is now on holiday.
Hopefully having a nice time off work.
pathetic service, no offer of a partial refund.
only 1 missed call in 6 months.
this is classis case of take peoples money and dont give a damm.
i wont be using them ever again

I have spoken with our Norwich team, and I can see that when you initially brought the jacket and liner into Norwich, they did contact the supplier as soon as possible to gather more information on this for you.
Unfortunately, there was an extended delay in hearing back from our supplier; we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
Once we heard back from our supplier, our Norwich store tried to contact you regarding the issue of the liner and that unfortunately, the liner is manufactured with short arms and therefore we were unable to offer a partial refund.
I once again apologise for the experience you have had.

Ordered XL and they fitted perfect, XL being my usual size in Jackets.

Excellent service matching 5* kit.
Ordered new Rukka trousers to replace my 15 yr old pair but could not get to a store due to work commitments. Ordered online .. easy to pay etc and updated by E mail regarding delivery which was quick and efficient. Arrived all wrapped and boxed with easy to follow paperwork should there be a return issue. There wasn't and I am very pleased with Infinity.

No tracking information, no delivery
No tracking information, DPD state they have not yet received the parcel and no update from Infinity as to when I can expect delivery. Yet they still send me an email asking how they did when goods not yet received. What else could I put?

Used the filter to select helmets and size(L).
Trawled through a number of options but the first choice wasn't available in the size I selected in the filter.
Second choice wasn't available in the size I selected in the filter.
Third choice wasn't available in the size I selected in the filter.
Fourth choice was available, read the reviews which were exactly the same reviews as the same manufacturer but different model of helmet I looked at previously.
This renders the review information useless.
Have acknowledged these warning signs and moved on.
