Just returned from a weeks holiday in Hinterglem, experience from booking to arriving in the resort was excellent.
Stayed at the Alpin Juwel, really pleased with the resort and hotel.
Facilities and food at the hotel were excellent, as a family of three we’ve enjoyed walking, MTB, high ropes, swimming in lake Zell.

Would we return and book via Ingram’s, most definitely.

Has been a great weeks action packed holiday, wished we’d stayed longer.

This was our first time using Inghams on a recommendation, and one of the best holidays we've ever had. The package offered by Inghams was really competitive and actually much better than other styles of summer holiday. Just returned from a visit to Corvara. Stopping at the Sporthotel Panorama. Exceptional service all round. Patricia our Inghams contact was brilliant and the staff at the hotel were great too. Certainly recommend both.

Have booked with Inghams for over 15 years, for both walking and ski holidays. Customer support when booking is always great, with call operators always super helpful and clearly knowledgable about resorts.
Support in resort is next-to-none - with daily hotel visits if required and great guided walking options included.
Cannot rate Inghams highly enough.

I recently returned from a weeks hiking in Mayrhofen, Austria as part of a group of 5 seniors guys. A great week was spent in the Spass hotel, good facilities, great food and service, friendly staff and very well maintained throughout. From the Inghams side the airport transfers and welcome were very effective . The first day 1 hour town tour was especially useful, run by the local rep Rob who was simply excellent all week. We pre-booked two guided walks, these were probably the best part of the week mainly due to our guide Sylvia who led both walks. We also did the weekly Ingham quiz which was good fun and recommended. The Whatapp information group also worked well in terms of ideas and important announcements. The overall approach from Inghams is 'light touch' , there are additional trips/activities available but you do NOT have to partake. For the majority of the week we planned our own walks and activities knowing Rob was contactable in case we needed to discuss anything. Overall I was very impressed with the Inghams experience.

An enjoyable holiday in the Swiss Alps. The arrangements were first class and the hotel exactly as described. On-site support was available, although we did not need it. We would travel with Inghams again.

Inghams were excellent, as usual. Super range of good quality hotels on offer, in many attractive locations. The company arranged our walking holiday in the Dolomites in July. Superb helpful staff both at the office for pre-planning, information and quotations, as well as helpful local representatives in resort. Over many years Inghams have arranged various other stays for us in the Alps, mainly for skiing or walking in Austria. Good flight and transfer arrangements, all taken care of.

Great hotel, seamlessly package, wonderful location.
We are repeat customers and tend to book either with Inghams or Jet2 depending on where we want to go.
The online booking process user experience is not up to scratch but we deal with that.

Lovely stay with Inghams in MontecatiniTerme, Tuscany. Our rep was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do during our week away.
Hotel was great, friendly and welcoming staff. Stayed half board and the food was delicious.

Our recent family holiday to Santa Margherita with Inghams was absolutely fantastic! We travelled as a family of three with our child, and from start to finish the customer service was exceptional.

Unfortunately, our outbound flight was cancelled, but this is where booking a flight-inclusive package with Inghams really proved its worth. Before we had even disembarked the plane, the duty team had already rebooked us onto a new flight. Their speed, efficiency, and communication took all the stress out of what could have been a very frustrating situation.

Once we arrived, our destination representative, Jeni was brilliant. They kept in constant contact, made sure all our transfers to and from the resort went smoothly, and were always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants and excursions, which really helped us make the most of our stay.

Santa Margherita is a beautiful destination, and thanks to the outstanding support from the Inghams team, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment despite the initial travel disruption.

We had an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book with Inghams again. Highly recommended!

We have used Inghams for two centre summer holidays in the Alps and Dolomites over very many years. It has always been extremely easy making booking over the phone - agents bien very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Inghams choices of venues and hotels has been hard to fault and we have had good support from their onsite representatives.

Friendly and helpful staff before and during the holiday. A good hotel, well placed for walking and too visit Innsbruck. Unfortunately Jet 2 did not provide equal service with our out bound flight 2.5 hrs late and return 1.5 hours.
Neustift is a good resort with plenty of activities to follow. The Stubai card is good and we made good use of the buses and cable cars.

We did book to go to Venice on a day trip but we didn’t feel pressured to book any excursions through them .

Just had an amazing 7 days away with Inghams in Chamonix. Harvey, our rep, was excellent, as were the guides on our walks and the hotel where we stayed, Hotel Isabelle. Inghams really gave us the holiday we didn't know we could have, and we will definitely book with them again.

Our first of hopefully many holidays with Inghams, cannot fault them at all. The staff in resort were brilliant and we will defiantly use Inghams again in the future for another walking holiday.

Inghams staff were excellent they couldn’t have done more when our flight was cancelled due to industrial action. Our hotel was very well located and the staff and owner were friendly, helpful with exceptional service.

Team could not have been more helpful from the initial booking - matching dates and flights and our preferred hotels - to transport in the country to the very helpful team at the resorts.

We enjoyed our walking holiday to Mayrhoften in Austria with Inghams. We find they bring another dimension to visitors as they arrange walks around the local areas with local guides who impart traditions and history. The reps also are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about the area. We found the WhatsApp group very helpful if you were not around when the rep visited your hotel. Although they were available most days. We were kept informed about various walks and trips available. Booking was easy and we found the prices competitive.
