We enjoyed our walking holiday to Mayrhoften in Austria with Inghams. We find they bring another dimension to visitors as they arrange walks around the local areas with local guides who impart traditions and history. The reps also are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful about the area. We found the WhatsApp group very helpful if you were not around when the rep visited your hotel. Although they were available most days. We were kept informed about various walks and trips available. Booking was easy and we found the prices competitive.

Just enjoyed a repeat and exemplary service from Inghams, that included the utmost excellence in hospitality from its booking staff, local destination reps, and hotel owners and their staff 👏🙂

We went on a one week holiday with Inghams to Wengen Switzerland.
We were greeted on arrival at The Grand Hotel Belvedere by Dominika Bacova, (who was easy to spot as she was in the Inghams outfit) who quickly helped settle us in and helped us plan out our holiday, although some had been planned before our arrival.
We went on the Glacier Gorge Walk and via Outdoor we had Karin Baumgartner as our guide. Karin was also brilliant. Karin kept us informed throughout the walk of things of interest and the exhibition at the final point.
We really had a great experience thanks to Dominika and Karin. Both so pleasant and helpful.
The hotel and staff were also very good, Maria from the hotel stood out as someone who went the extra mile to help and make our stay a very good experience.

My first experience with Inghams and my first ever walking holiday. They are for all ages and abilities and the best way to see the country.

My trip to Switzerland was one of the best holidays I have ever had.

It quickly becomes apparent that Inghams is a reputable company and have very high standards! Everything was fantastic, the accommodation, food, everything.

Out rep offered a 24/7 service and nothing was too much trouble, and made sure we had the best holiday and made the most out of it. She was passionate and this showed in her service.

I would book again with Inghams, no doubt!

Inghams really looked after us in Alpbach, Austria. A super holiday!

Really poor customer service. No cover on their lift passes if the lifts are closed for the whole day. Did not read our complaint correctly and then talked about a completely different resort. Gave us incorrect and misleading information about claiming, did not pass on a letter for closure, they told us vouchers were available and they were not and even expected us to use google translate to read a reply to themselves from the resort.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful family and friends ski trip to Alpe d’Huez. There were 14 of us in total, including six children aged between 1 and 10, and it truly exceeded all expectations.

I can’t thank the chalet staff enough. They were absolutely fantastic with the children—so attentive to all their dietary needs, while also taking the time to engage with them and make them feel special. It made such a difference to the whole experience.

The food was exceptional throughout the stay, and every member of the team went above and beyond. We especially loved the thoughtful personal messages on the board each day, along with the delicious homemade cakes—such a lovely touch.

The chalet itself was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Thank you for helping us create such incredible memories, particularly for the children. It was an unforgettable first ski trip for them.

Inghams provided a fantastic holiday to Alpe d’Huez. We stayed in a chalet and the staff were brilliant. From carrying our bags from the bus, to amazing cakes and dinners and a wealth of local knowledge to get us on the slopes quick and easily.

We went on a family skiing holiday to Les Deux Alpes with Inghams. They made the trip feel effortless and we felt our hands were held firmly throughout the whole process of booking, travelling and arriving at the resort. Great service and advice. Would recommend!

Excellent family Ski Holiday to La Rosiere at Easter. Very good pre departure support, friendly overseas rep. Seamless transfers and no hanging about waiting for other flights to come in. Great reminders of activities taking place in resort whilst out there ( ice hockey match, sledging etc). Accomodation excellent and charter flights suprisingly good! ( Titan). Had a fantastic week and would certainly book with Inghams again. Much more support than have previously had with other ski companies.

We have used Inghams yearly for about 4-5 years. Everything has always been perfectly organised, with efficient and easy transfers, reliable hotels etc. I would 100% recommend

Just returned as a family of 4 from a ski trip to La Plagne, staying at La Terra Nova, Belambra. Booked hotel, flights, transfers, ski lessons and equipment through Inghams. We read mixed reviews before we left, as the hotel has recently been taken over. Our experience was excellent, Inghams took care of everything and our excellent rep, Dominika, was able to help with any additional queries. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely apalling service, paid for a service that falls short of expectations, I had to verify my personal information three times, and still their service is by far the worse I have ever experienced in my entire life. Along with Book Publishers who are one of their clients, I have never seen so many excuses, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Just returned from a fantastic week in Les Arcs with Inghams, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the initial booking to the transfers, everything was seamless, but what really made the trip special was our resort rep, Gali.

It’s rare to find someone so genuinely conscientious and attentive. Gali went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the stay was perfect, checking in regularly and handling all our queries with a smile. Whether it was local recommendations or sorting out logistics, she was incredibly proactive and made it feel like I was in very safe hands.

Just returned from our first Inghams ski holiday (at Tignes Lac, staying in Chalet Corniche). The chalet is in an excellent central location and exceptionally well managed. It felt like a wonderful home from home. Chalet manager Aaron and his fabulous team looked after us brilliantly, fed us so well and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a brilliant vacation. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. We now plan to look at Inghams again next year as the quality of service was exceptional throughout.

Very well organised holiday, with knowledgeable and friendly resort reps, who made sure we were given useful information, and in particular weather conditions we needed to be aware of. Thank you Federico who also arranged for a trip to Montgenevre, moving his day off to make sure we would get the best conditions.
The hotel was just as described, with good-size, clean rooms, with plenty of storage. Good food with lots of choice, and very helpful, friendly and attentive hotel staff throughout, particularly Omal in the restaurant, and the two bar staff Alberto and Paulo. The pianist / DJ and singer were also lovely, with a wide variety of music that was just right for the surroundings. A very enjoyable stay, with the spa giving an extra opportunity to really relax and unwind.

We booked a last minute ski holiday with Inghams due to the price. The flights being a charter flight meant it was so easy - no fussing with paying for luggage or to sit together. Arrival into Chambéry was smooth- reps were helpful and our transfer left promptly after our arrival. On getting to resort, we realised we had the wrong case - the Rep team took over the worry and sorted the issue, all while not making us feel bad about the mistake. We were reunited with our case within hours. Throughout the week our rep kept us updated on weather and ideas of things to do.

Having previously traveled with a competitor, I hadn’t realised the difference having a good quality team in resort could make but Inghams have clearly shown us now what we’ve been missing before!

Our second trip with Inghams and they delivered a great ski holiday to the dolomites in Canazei, we will be back
