Excellent customer service! They were friendly, attentive and response promptly. I had positive experiences with them, specifically with Tonia, her professionalism was very much appreciated.

We missed a payment due to moving house. Innovus added a late payment charge but after explaining why we missed the payment and asking if they would remove it, they agreed straight away.

Emma of your company has sent me a refund shortly upon my request. She is courteous and efficient.

I spoke with Emma on 16th January and again on 19th January 2026 relating to the Ground Rent on my property. As I was in the process of selling my house I'd initially been advised by my solicitor to delay G/R payment, but as my move was delayed, I was advised to pay asap.

Emma was very kind and helpful. She understood my predicament and gave sound, concise advice, even placing a hold on the account initially, until I'd spoken with my solicitor once again.

I can confirm I have paid today (in full). All is in order, and Emma has updated me via email to confirm everything.

The UK selling system can be truly horrible for leaseholders. Yet William Holland at Innovus made it all digestible. He was with me every step of the way, offering support where needed and ensuring I was informed and supported until the very end, even though the process was complex and lengthy.

William didn’t just support getting documentation for the sale; he expertly navigated the solicitor demands and the management challenges that come with a leasehold sale. He helped coordinate the various requirements from buyers’ solicitors, provided reassurances, and kept the process moving smoothly as possible. I truly think without him our sale would fall through.
