Once money deducted no matter how late they are you won’t be able to cancel the order and get the money back , customer care is basically a person saying sorry and not able to do anything about it

SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered things for over 1500 LE. I received a wrong item, but they don't exchange it for you with the right item, and they don't return the money to your credit card either, instead, they refund you only the item price in points, so that when you order again you're forced to pay service fees and delivery charges of 45 LE. So I ordered again from another store for 1000 LE different items and that item that I got wrong before so I can use my points, but surprisingly I received the SAME WRONG item again. And if you're shocked, guess what? It happened AGAIN after that for the 3rd time!!! I asked for a refund to my credit card or cash or exchange with the right item or free delivery and service fees for my next order, but of course they refused all. Otherwise how else would they SCAM you with the service and delivery charge they take everytime you order?!

I received a damaged item and was offered the option of a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to my request for a refund. I hope this is not typical of Instashop, and I wish them success.

I placed an order early morning, I then added an item and completed the order.
I was notified that 1 item was not available I said ok do not replace item.
I received my other items.
As I was looking on my app I see another order pending for the same items minus the unavailable.
Opened my instashop app clicked on contact shop, Ahmed responded told me that I needed to contact instashop, I said I did contacted you through the instashop app. All he kept saying you need to contact instashop I can not cancel order.
Did not resolve issue order still being delivered,

I ordered from zaki supermarket total amount was 828 e.p. Which has been taken on the spot when received lot of missing items value 266 e.p sent lot of complaints through app no response contacted the shop itself no response so what should l expect more 😡

They send wrong items, took money and Noone replied to exchange!!!!!!

Slow service bad customer service contact

Terrible. I ordered and paid by credit card the order says its delivered while in fact its not. They don't reply in chat neither call request and the shop's number also is no answer. So basically its a fraud

I had a very disappointing experience with InstaShop. My order arrived with incorrect items, including pretzels instead of whole wheat bread worth EGP 190, and the potatoes were spoiled with red spots.

I contacted customer service through the app and sent more than 40 messages, but no meaningful action was taken and no one from their team called me to resolve the issue.

When I contacted the store directly, they refused to replace the items or issue a refund. The staff were extremely rude and told me, “If you can do something about it, go ahead,” before blocking my number.

What was even more frustrating is that InstaShop did not take ownership of the issue and left the delivery rider to communicate with me instead.

Very poor customer service, no accountability, and an unacceptable overall experience.

Worst customer service

Worst service ever in UAE..! Ordered few items later Most of them unavailable.. Once we replace the items account get suspended.. And no proper customer service to contact and no resolve option.

Once pay you consider it charity.. u dint get the money back.. so beware and opt Amazone or Careem.

It's getting worse and worse. Before, when you had a problem, they would contact you; now they don't contact you at all, or if you miss the call, they tell you to call back, which I don't see why.What more can I say? I find them truly dishonest; I much prefer them. Talabat

Goated for last-minute grocery runs. Had ice cream at my door in under 30 mins and it wasn’t even melted. The app UI could use some work but the service itself is solid.

Money deducted and never heard from them ..

I have ordered more than 2 hours ago and the status is delivered but I haven’t received the order!!! I’m trying to contact them with no answer!! No number for the delivery guy!! I’m asking for a call and no one is calling

Don't use the app. Delivery doesn't come and none of support functions work. You don't get a call back and no one answers calls! Use Careem, 100 times better!

The worst service ever, will never use the services again. Money was deducted already and the order never received while calling the shop they are saying the order doesn’t exist and the worst none of insta customer care even bothered to call me back

Worse service ever! My address and location clearly states Liwan 2 and apparently the driver is in Sports City. What a useless service, driver did not even contact me to aks for location
