A great company to deal with
A great company to deal with! Not only were they able to identify my broken window ironmongery; they also sent me a link to the stay, which they could supply, and the handle, which they couldn't and which had to be provided by another company. This is how business should be done. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Placed an order on 24th Sept
Placed an order on 24th Sept, and no delivery on Thursday or today. Only when i followed up did they find out order wasn't executed on their side, even though payment was made and i sent a confirmation email to say payment made.... very disappointed with their customer service. And unwilling to expedite the delivery to tomorrow, even after accepting their error.

Good customer service
Just writing a quick review to praise the customer service. I had to return some door hinges and for some reason it took them awhile to find the parcel. But Amelia always replied to my emails and eventually confirmed the return arrived safely.

First order
This was my first order with the company and a bit of a test as we are currently renovating. All was ok with my order at first apart from being told I should have the order for the Friday and it not turning up until the Monday + one item described as heavy duty was the same as standard items from elsewhere with the same poor quality screws. Wanted to return a couple of items within 28 days and then make another order my request was denied any further emails to the company have been ignored. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for the rest of the items I need.

Our returns policy requires customers to notify us within 14 days of receiving goods, and then a further 14 days are provided to return them. Unfortunately, your request to return items was made outside of this notification period, so we were unable to process it.
Regarding your comment about ignored emails - we have checked our records and can confirm our last correspondence was our reply explaining the returns policy, and we have not received any further emails from you since.
We appreciate your comments about delivery and product quality and will pass these on to the relevant teams for review. We do hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

No refund after 24 days
I placed an order on the 8th May for 29 door knobs, amounting to £653. I recieved an email the next morning informing me they was out of stock until the end of July, would I like a refund? I am still waiting for this refund 24 days later. I chased this on the 27th May to be told it will be in my bank within the next 24 hour? Still nothing. It isn't the smallest of amounts to continue to be without. I would avoid ordering with this company, accepting online orders that cannot be fulfilled, the website needs to be updated to higher standards in order for customers not having to be in the same position I have.
