Tina was prompt, curteous, and answered my questions. I liked the chat interface better than others too. I can’t speak to the product since I’m still researching. But customer service was a great first impression.

It was a dark and cloudy night (8 pm on a Friday)
It was 8 pm on a Friday night, and I was able to IMMEDIATELY chat with a very friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service rep who helped me figure out which version of Spring Suite I should download. Her answers were very quick and I can't wait to try out the software.

It is my first time creating an eLearning course and Spring has been very helpful. I love that it is a PowerPoint add-in since I am very accustomed to using PPT. I love the ease of adding interactions and other engaging elements. I am also happy with the service I got from the Tech Support team. Update:
Unfortunately I have just heard word from my trusted colleague that his recent experience with an Alex S from iSpring did not go nearly as smoothly. He was basically told you're not a on trial or a paying customer (which isn't true he very much is on a trial and is evaluating the product as am I) and was basically told to kick rocks...
This is really unfortunate and after seeing the chat log myself have to change the review as it wasn't up to par at all. I guess it is hit and miss with their support staff.
iSpring tech support was excellent and I'm technically not even a customer yet. Ran into an issue (user made not from their plugin), and despite being on a trial evaluation period Audrey, a tech support representative, was very willing to go back and forth with me to resolve the issue. They even had me export the entire project and send it to them so they could check it slide by slide and send me screenshots back of other things to try. The program works great as well. Been using Captivate to create the same project which took me 2.5 days. Between PowerPoint and iSpring it took me a singular day to accomplish the same project, with the additional time I saved I was able to start part 2 of the project. Really great service, fairly simple program, helps a lot in powerpoints short comings.

Any time I have submitted a request for assistance iSpring have responded within the hour or advised accordingly that a "deeper dive" is required to resolve the concern I am faced with.
Audrey and Alice have been exceptional in the responses and understanding the concerns I have been faced with, given my companies LMS is all iSpring based I look forward to future interactions.

Great Experience
I recently had the pleasure of using the chat support provided by iSpring, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The chat support agent was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout our entire conversation.
I had a few questions about the product I was considering purchasing, and the agent was able to provide me with clear and concise answers in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond to offer additional resources and tips to help me make an informed decision.

Pretty impressive customer support
Demoing the iSpring suite and needed help. Contacted chat support and got handed over to tech support very fast. The tech helped me attentively and solved the issue with my PowerPoint animation timings not working in iSpring.
